I already had an Equity Release account with an option for more if needed. I decided to do this so I contacted them and after a initial consultation with Simon things moved very fast indeed . After a few questions things were put in place and I received the funds within 14 days. I cannot day how impressed I was with the service throughout. Everything went so smoothly and the staff were brilliant. If ever you think about Equity Release then try these people first.

All the firm wanted to do was get my phone number and phone me.

We have been very impressed with this company and chose them after initial contacts made to four other specialists. David La Haye impressed us in particular, he actually came out to visit which none of the others did, but of all the products offered to us, his was the better value by far, we even got cashback which sealed the deal for us. Davis Le Haye was helpful, understanding and walked us through the whole process and we would highly recommend him to anyone seeking advice

My initial contact was with Paul Glendennan who was the Financial Advisor regarding Equity Release. His knowledge and patience was very reassuring as had so many questions plus contacted him on several occasions afterwards but was always the true professional and always responded without hesitation and useful advice.

What was a daunting project as we had no prior knowledge of how to go about Equity release, Christian was more than helpful and explained all aspects simply and clearly so we understood everything. We had a few problems to overcome on the way but again these were dealt with as quickly as possible.
Communication was excellent with all members involved in finalising our application, always at the end of the phone or email for help and advice.
