My sons sleep was all over the map. I was beyond exhausted. I had googled all there was to google and read all the books I could manage. I simply didn’t have the bandwidth to digest anymore comprehensive material. A friend suggested that I try a sleep coach from Restfully. Well I did and wow! Best money I’ve ever spent. I tell every new mom I know about the support I got (and continue to receive) from Restfully. My sleep coach created a simple plan for me to follow and provided support in real time. Total game changer. More sleep for me makes me a better mom!

I reached out to Restfully out of desperation and exhaustion and was not disappointed! Our consultant was so helpful and available with every question we had about our baby’s sleep. She listened to our needs, developed a plan, and together we were able to execute. This is our second baby so we thought we knew what we were doing but they are SUCH different sleepers. Our consultant helped us get a handle on what was going on and get us feeling rested in just a few weeks!

Restfully is a godsend! I used Restfully for help with both of my children’s sleep - the consultants are knowledgeable, very responsive and engaged and great at customizing plans for your specific child’s needs. I have also contacted my consultant for follow up questions after our engagement officially ended and found her to be super supportive and helpful to point me in the right direction as my kids entered new phases. I would highly, highly recommend.

In re-reviewing my child's sleep data from this time period (to ensure that my experience was as I have reported in this review, which it is), I can see that the app experience has changed substantially, so my assessment there is no longer relevant.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was generally very disappointed with my experience. Prior to signing up, I reached out specifically about if my issue (frequent and loud, but short lived night wakings) was too "small" and was assured that was not the case. After my first conversation with my coach, she basically summarized our situation as "not that bad compared to other babies" and primarily offered advice and guidance that I had heard or read before. I also wished for a bit more interaction with my coach, but our time zone difference and the fact that our conversation was primarily in the app, made that difficult.

Which brings me to another disappointment: the app was TERRIBLE. It was buggy, didn't allow for notifications from messages, was hard to use, and buried anything actually useful.

I thought this service, because it was from a bigger company, would be more helpful, but I wish I had paid for a social media based, influencer-style sleep consultant instead.

I have worked with Restfully since it’s very beginning and I keep coming back because they’re just amazing. With the help of restfully I have gotten both my daughters to sleep amazing pretty much anywhere. They follow the science and healthy sleep habits which have proven to work. My kids behave beautifully for their age and I believe is mostly due to them being well rested. Restfully doesn’t just help you or your kids sleep better they give you the tools and knowledge to do it on your own. I feel confident in my decisions when it comes to sleep thanks to Restfully. If I ever have any more kids you best believe I’m coming back to Restfully.

I had great experiences with your team for my two daughters , a one year old and a 7 year old. Both sleep trained when they were about 10 months old. My 7 year old sleeps really well and I need to wake her up for school at 7 and if there is no school she can easily sleeps until 8/9 am for 11 to 12 hours. My 1 year old sleeps for 14 hours including 12 hours of continuous night sleep 6 pm to 6 am with no night feeding and two naps.
I am so glad that I got to know Arielle 6 years ago and then Shellee recently.
