First — thank you for being a Restream creator and for caring enough to push us on this. You're right to be frustrated. Months is too long to wait for a fix, especially for something that affects how professional your content looks.

I've flagged this directly with our product team and asked for a status update on the Shorts subtitle alignment issue. I want to get you a real answer, not just a "we're looking into it."

We are updating our clip editor, and fixing those issues is the top priority for the Clips team. I can see that your account information is linked to the ticket, so you will receive an update once it's fixed.

We'll do our best to make your Shorts look polished as soon as possible.
