I love restream

I love restream. I used streamyard for a while but didn't have nearly the capability and easefulness as restream. I am a FAN!

Simple and free tool
I'm using Restream to do live broadcasts on Linkedin and Youtube and I have to say that I'm very impressed by its simplicity and flexibility.
It's also free which gives the tool an extra edge

I have been trying since May 2024 to…

I have been trying since May 2024 to cancel my subscription. I emailed someone named Alex in the billing department with the information they requested to find my account. Then they ghosted me and are still charging my account. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and called my bank to block further charges.

I’m truly sorry about this issue with canceling your subscription and getting a refund. That’s not the experience we want for anyone, and I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

When you reached out in May, we tried to follow up after asking for some info to find your account. It seems there was some confusion in the emails, and we couldn’t locate your account at the time. That’s on us for not making it easier to sort out.

I’ve canceled your plan and processed a full refund for all charges since May. You won’t have any more issues going forward.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We know we have work to do to ensure situations like this don’t happen again.

Probably the most useless service our…

Probably the most useless service our company has ever used. All of a sudden (as fully paying customer 49 dollars a month for professional) all feaures dissappeared as we where about to send with external guests. And the Client service came back with "wait 5 days for support". DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - they are amateaurs and the do not even pretend to take responsibility.

No customer support

They don't have any customer support to handle issues. The chat is useless and they leave you frustrated without any resolve to getting your billing fixed (they've been charging me twice a month) and help with streaming issues.

DISHONEST Business. Software doesn't work.

WARNING #1: Software doesn't work for TikTok Live as it requires a stream key and even when entered - still doesn't work.

WARNING #2: I tried to cancel my subscription, but my card was charged again the next month. Untransparent cancellation process.

Contacted billing support to try to amicably solve the issue as I did not log into my account AT ALL during the "subscription" period, but was told it was a non-refundable charge.

Dishonest business. Beware.

Restreaming is great with the videos, but recently the sound is cutting off in live streaming and this is annoying. Is there a solution?

One of the best tech companies I've ever worked with

I have used Restream for years, and I quite honestly don't know of another tech company as innovative and service-oriented. I could be mid-stream or have a few questions in the middle of the night, and their tech team is responsive and always points me in the right direction. Plus, the support team is kind and treats every stream as if it's their own.

I have tried a few other companies but keep returning: high quality, high performance, high stability, and top-tier support.

If you have any issues (which are far and few between), reach out to support. They are rock solid.

fix the delay of the stream to the platforms that we stream on if you say no more then 2 sec then it should not be 5 mins or more.

Pros and cons

Pros I love the layout, the screen selection. The QR codes are brilliant so now people watching my live stream can buy my products while I’m live streaming your vertical screen and sharing other screens not so good actually it’s bad. I also stream to multiple platforms and once you get up and running, it’s OK but there’s a lot of touching go in the beginning of the stream lotta glitching and stuff like that so hopefully helps out. Can’t wait to see other features and improvement that you guys make a really like you guys overall

Restream helped me unify platforms

Restream really helped me unify my brand on multiple platforms. The desktop chat option makes it so I can connect with anyone who comes to my events. I even included discord. I can’t believe how fun my stream was once I had everything setup.

Stream stopped broadcasting video from…

Stream stopped broadcasting video from my source after 2 and half hours without explanation and I had to close the stream and record the rest of my event. It happened during one of the most important parts and was very frustrating for viewers and for me.

Si probó Restream Studio en lugar de OBS, el marcador de espectadores siempre se muestra en la vista previa y el chat se integra muy bien como una superposición.
