I’m truly sorry about this issue with canceling your subscription and getting a refund. That’s not the experience we want for anyone, and I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

When you reached out in May, we tried to follow up after asking for some info to find your account. It seems there was some confusion in the emails, and we couldn’t locate your account at the time. That’s on us for not making it easier to sort out.

I’ve canceled your plan and processed a full refund for all charges since May. You won’t have any more issues going forward.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We know we have work to do to ensure situations like this don’t happen again.

Notre outil gratuit de conversion de vidéos a certaines limites, notamment sur la taille et la durée des fichiers. Il est possible que le fichier utilisé soit trop grand ou trop long. Si vous avez créé un compte, nous serions ravis de vous aider. Nous proposons aussi une assistance en direct 24/7 avec de vrais humains pour enquêter sur le problème et vous aider à optimiser votre fichier.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m really sorry about the issue with the recordings you faced, especially right before going live with guests. I know how frustrating that must have been and how critical timing is when you have an important event.

On top of that, there was, unfortunately, some confusion with billing on our end when handling your support request. That mix-up made things worse, and I apologize for that. The issue has since been resolved, and we’re improving how we handle urgent situations to avoid this happening again.

I took a look at your case and saw that our team worked with you on Nov 17th to resolve the billing issue related to the pro-rated plan change. Colin, our support rep, helped cancel the higher plan and return your account to the standard plan. It looks like the conversation was rated positively. I'm glad we were ultimately able to sort things out.

Yes, you can! You can schedule and loop long videos to achieve up to 48 hours of uninterrupted streaming with our Business Plan. For true 24/7 "set-it-and-forget-it" live streams, you'll need to speak with our Sales team to explore a custom plan.

No todas las plataformas comparten el conteo de espectadores con nosotros, así que depende de dónde haya transmitido. Si probó Restream Studio en lugar de OBS, el marcador de espectadores siempre se muestra en la vista previa y el chat se integra muy bien como una superposición. Además, cada comentario puede destacarse.
