First, I'm really sorry — this was a frustrating experience, and it’s not the standard we aim for. I looked into your case personally: your refund was processed within 24 hours of your request, though banks sometimes take a few days to show the funds.

We offered credits first because that’s often helpful for users who just need a pause — but that clearly wasn’t right in your case, and I apologize.
