Worst ever still waiting for product ordered on May 5 2026 I’ve been trying to reach out for assistance no real concrete assistance and have unknowingly have been charged a second time and I didn’t ask for anything past just the one order will never use again

Stay away! Highly deceptive. Product simply did not work for me at all. I tried to return it and the first thing they did was to claim that the deadline had already passed which it did not. Then they offered a small percentage refund in order for me to not return it. I declined. Then they insisted that I return it to London England Which is very expensive. When I did return it to London England they did not accept the return and sent it back! And then they claimed that it was the wrong address that I sent it to! The entire process is a well orchestrated repetitive scam. Stay away!

Great customer service from Kate! She helped me set up my EMS device correctly. I was experiencing an issue where it would just turn off after a few minutes but it was actually because I was trying to use it with socks on and I needed to be bare foot. Now I've been using it daily and I lose how it feels on my feet, I can actually feel my affected side start to respond.

I've been taking Neurofuel and using the rehab glove every single day now, my hands feel more loose and move more freely, my sleep has drastically improved and my short term memory has got a lot better than before - for context I was diagnosed with PD 2 years ago, I'm telling all my friends about it from my recovery group.

Smooth taste, taste like regular coffee. I have been drinking a cup for the past 20. Days. Some improvement of PD symptoms, but no major changes yet.

So far so good. Haven’t used the devices enough to track meaningful progress, but we are hopeful.

I have returned the item that I purchased from them. I thought they were located in USA That’s where my credit card charge was from. That is what they say on their website. Come to find out you have to pay return shipping to London, United Kingdom. When carrier attempt to delivered it was not received. I would never order anything from them besides the fact that their product does not seem to work at all. Very misleading, I feel like this was very sneaky, unethical and misleading.

I love my EMS. After using it twice a day, I can actually feel my feet and lower legs after 20+ years. I have MS and a vestibular disorder and I can walk so much better my family and I can't believe it! It's a miracle. They answer immediately if you have any questions. I highly recommend this product and am so happy I found it!

you dont have a working customer service number to talk to someone. when trtying to return the product back. you are not helpful at all.

They are not located in the United States, shipping and return policies are terrible. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I've been using Neurofuel & the EMS stimulator for my PD, I am extremely happy with both!! I saw my PT last week & she said that the stimulation has drastically improved my blood flow and movement in my feet, I've been using it most days since it arrived and I'm noticing less frequent and intense freezing episodes!

Absolutely EXEMPLARY customer service from Kate. She provided thorough, extensive insight regarding the sizes & fitting of the glove. She was polite, pleasant & patient. Unfortunately, my hand/fingers contractures are too severe to work the device properly.
I LOVE the EMS device! Despite my horrible bilateral foot drop, my helper is able to manipulate & strap my feet down for me to use it. After 20 years in a wheelchair it's divine to feel those 6 alternating sensations in my feet. I'm telling every MS patient I see about it.

I have Dystonia in my right foot so I bought the pad in the hopes it would give me some relief. I'm happy to say it has. The stimulation is calming to that area, and while I know there's no cure, I am happy with my purchase and use it daily.

I understand the "money back guarantee " frustration.

But the product does do what it says. My mother and I both have MS.

My mom got feeling back in her feet (not her toes) after a decade of not feeling her feet.

My issues are both in hip flexor/rotator in addition to the foot drop, so the tripping risk is real.

This not only helped me with flexing my foot, contractions of the lower leg muscles seems to be waking my hip up as well. I am even able to climb stairs -- not with consistency but on some days -- after about three weeks.

It IS a thin flexible mat and I, too, questioned the quality or effectiveness on receipt. Having neuropathy, I even questioned at times if it was really working or had gotten a weaker signal. Then, one day I adjusted the mat with my hands and was shocked (a little litteraly) at hos strong the electric signal was!

For $60, totally worth the dice roll to see if this helps with your neuropathy/muscle signaling.

Your product doesn’t provide any real benefit

I ordered the Restural EMS to help with Multiple Sclerosis. After a long time I received the “pad” a cheap piece of plastic with markings on it, but no controller and no charging cord. Therefore, it is useless. It wasn’t cheap, and my hopes for help with the MS were dashed.

Their "money back" statements are false. Tried to send my unit back, and they told me I would be responsible for shipping charges, from Arizona to the UK! But, as a gesture of "goodwill" they would refund me 25% of the cost and I could keep the unit.

Well, they keep 75%, what a scam. Hopefully you are reading this BEFORE you do business with them, and this will save you time and money!

Shame on them for preying on people with debilitating diseases, giving us hope and then not fulfilling their promises!
