I appreciate this company very much. They took the time to get to know me and it was a true personal step forward in customer service. I won't go anywhere else for help building my career. This company helped me have the confidence in the interview. Thank you guys!!

I used Resume Writing Group on 3/16/23. I was reviewing my bank transactions and this company charged my $39.95 today... A YEAR LATER! If you use this company, delete your billing information or they will charge you without authorization.

Ryan and staff helped me with all my questions and concerns as I was looking to get my resume perfect. Outstanding service and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Easy to communicate with and I had no problems talking person to person which is what I prefer.

Ryan and his team are super responsive, the customer service is excellent. My resume turned out fantastic and I have gotten so many compliments on it. This was worth every penny,

My resume that I received was much improved over the one I originally submitted. It was a very short turn around time.

The resume writer never ask me questions at all to start writing my resume. They never asked me what is my goal, what type of job I'm looking to apply, they only used my old resume and reworded it. As a result, it is not a thoughtful resume, it's just a reworded from existing one.
When I purchased the service, the refund policy that I saw only said that if I didn't get hired within 40 days, they will refund. In fact when I asked them for a refund, they sent me a set of long requirements (I include it below) that is never shown to me before.
The following is their refund requirements (that is emailed to me after I request for a refund):
"Please remember that our offer and revision is valid, as per our terms of sale, if the following conditions are met:
1. You are UNEMPLOYED and are not currently paying ANY state, province or Federal taxes. (Working in ANY position--even if it's one you held prior to receiving your new resume -- voids our offer).
2. You provide verifiable certified mail and/or fax receipts for at least 40 resume mailings/faxes submitted over the course of the FIRST?45 DAYS of receipt of resume WITHIN no later than 90 DAYS from receipt of your resume as stated in the guarantee terms.
3. At our discretion, an investigator may request additional information".

See that? They required so many steps in order for you to get refund. in other words, they not really want to give you a refund.

My recommendation is: Stay away with this company if you don't want to be disappointed.

I had a pretty good experience with Resume Writing Group. Ryan got me started over the phone and Amy built my resume for me. It looked way better than what I was trying todo

They took my resume I sent and just changed a few verbs and then added 2 repetitive sections that repeated the info already on my resume. The format was extremely outdated, there were numerous errors and repetitive bullet points and it was unnecessarily long. It sounded like they just refreshed my resume with an AI tool. When I asked for a revision, they cut out half of my job experience. I spent 6 hours redoing my resume, total waste of money.

I WAS NOT PLEASED AND NOT HAPPY WITH THE COMPLETED RESUME. THE COMMUNICATION WITH WRITER WAS HORRIBLE.

Professionalism becomes priorities, and it has always be splendid having the Institution to update my Resumes at any time need arises.

I have always used professional resume writers.
But I have had the most success with the resume writing group with quick replies for interviews.

I was unemployed for nearly 2 years before I found Resume Writing Group. They helped me place my order over the phone, explained what they could do to help with my resume, and even pointed me in the right direction for getting a new job. After getting my new resume, I asked my writer for a change and he was able to make the adjustment for me promptly. I got started applying for jobs and the difference was incredible. It took me about three weeks of applying but I got 6 interviews and 3 job offers. I ended up accepting a job where I actually made more than when I got laid off.

I reached out and paid for services with Resume Writing Group back in the fall of 2021. I decided to go with this company because, at the time, they offered “satisfaction/money back” guarantee and they were reasonably priced. After receiving the first draft of my resume, I was shocked and disappointed by the number of grammatical errors and lackluster appeal. I reached out for a revision. The writer returned my resume with 1 or 2 adjustments.

Sadly, I was displeased with both resume options produced, however, I decided to be patient and utilize the final draft during my job search. That was a waste. Thank God I was not unemployed at the time of my job search because the resume they provided grabbed the attention of no one.

I decided to reach out to Resume Writing Group with my concerns. Ideally I would’ve liked my money back, but I understood time had passed (while trying to give their resume a chance) and it wasn’t likely I’d receive a refund. I was willing to settle for another revision. After reaching out, I felt their response was dismissive, lacked a reasonable solution, and my reality was I no longer had faith in their ability to produce a quality resume for anyone other than a high school or college student. I’ve since sought the services of a different company and fortunately received a better quality resume.

My advice would be to proceed with caution. If you’re expecting a resume with a “Wow” factor, this is not the company to go with
