Price I was given over the phone to sign them up for the job wasn’t what I was charged after the job was done. Claimed bedding…mattresses and box spring had to be charge more cause they were recycling. Grandfather clock also. There was a 64.00 charge for fuel. Don’t think that should have been. Any hidden charges should have been said up front when I was asking about the service.

The entire process of getting our extra items removed from our home was exceptional. From the initial telephone call to arrange the pickup to the post receipt process was flawless. The office personnel were super professionnel, the crew who picked up our items was amazing. The crew was on time, treated our home with care, were friendly, and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank You!

Why did I have to pay the driver a Fee? then pay the company $279.00

The pricing is dishonest to say the least. They provided a quote for pick up and donation of a piano but the actual price was almost 3x that. Since ReSupply provided the quote and they’re just a middleman, I’m supposed to accept or reject this new price while the haulers are standing in my living room ready to go. There were no surprises or adjustments on my end and I specifically selected “Piano” from a menu of items in ReSupply’s website so it is a deliberate bait and switch on pricing. Also, the haulers didn’t show up on the scheduled day and then were at least an hour late for a 4-hour window on the rescheduled day. Would have been easier and cheaper if I had just coordinated the pick up myself. Not sure what value resupply provided here.

Paradise landscaping via Goodwill did an excellent job removing our donation from three floors of our home. They were very professional and courteous during the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them or use their services again.

Pick up was smooth and within time window

The driver let me know when he was coming. The sofa bed was quite heavy, but he managed to get it in the truck by himself. He was very respectful.

It is too expensive for me to donate an appliance. I could not believe aht I was charged a booking fee on top of the pickup costs. I have volunteered at your org to help build a house..but now I am tethinking that indeed. What is going on?

Resupply made our donation so much easier. Made the arrangements online and the rest was simple. Quick and easy pick up and the staff were great

Not treated well as a retired USAF veteran let alone a customer. Scheduling process was a bit confusing and questionable. Was especially concerning when they didn't show up until after the 8-12 arrival window. Was not friendly and they showed up in a small dump truck vs a box fan or trailer. I took pictures of everything and took detailed pictures and sent with initial request. Before the pickup was able to liqudate many items including extra large items. I disassembled the necessary items and had everything ready to go with a lot of prep. When they showed up, the attitude was bad and was made to feel they were being put out. One of the movers had little experience and no clue what he was doing. Minor scratchess and nicks to walls and doorway. There was NO Thank you, good day or piss off or anything. The driver told me to sign the invoice on the phone. I noticed despite having less items than originally scheduled the price was over $100 higher. I questioned this and was told they was more items than originally listed (not true) Additionally, they charged me a dissembly fee (they did not dissemble anything) They also charged me a recycle fee. I questioned this and they said the furniture was not donatable and had to be taken to the dump. You had pictures and descriptions at the time of request. I am not happy with this service, was treated terribly and overcharged. Very Bad Experience
