When I schedule my pick up over the phone, they did not mention that the furniture I told them they were picking up (dresser, mirror, headboard and nightstand) they were going to charge me a lot more, over $100 more.

The people that came to pick up my donation items were a trash pickup company. And they treated everything they picked up as trash. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that half the items dropped off were damaged. I know it is probably difficult to find people to do this task, but make sure they know how to do the task properly.

Their communications throughout were excellent. I received messages in advance confirming the pickup during the week of, day before, and morning of. The guys were prompt, courteous and got the job done. Very efficiently! Asked if I had additional items to pick up and I did. Highly recommend their services.

The guys that came by and helped move all the furniture were professional, polite, and very helpful.

Hard to get a response on timing. Once there, they did not have blankets or anything to protect the furniture, which was very nice. They just threw it in the truck very uncarefully. Will not use again.

The driver/mover came alone unfortunately so we felt the need to help. He didn't ask for our help but I felt bad that they sent him to move three large items without another person. Make sure to request two people for large items.

The team was very prompt and friendly, but they did make significant dings / mars in our doorframe on the way out.

It was easy to set up online, I was able to schedule a pickup for the next day, I got phone and text message updates and received the final invoice and tax receipt immediately after pickup. The two gentleman who came to pick up the couch and love seat were friendly, professional and fast with their service. We will be using your company again.

The men were quick and efficient in picking up the large pieces of furniture. Victor was especially good at keeping me informed about the process. I would use ReSupply again!

The young men that came to pick up my donations were very communicative, pleasant and professional and respectful of my home.

I had several big items of furniture that I wanted to donate, but needed to have picked up. This made it nice and easy. I was even able to add an item at the time of pick-up. I tried to add it online, but couldn't figure out how it would be classified. The team was very nice and communicated with me when they were on their way.

Very organized and made sure they knew what was actually going to be picked up.

The movers were polite and did the job very well. It was a pleasure working with ReSupply!

The person picking up the furniture kept pushing back the time to meet. They then would not start loading items until the next day. During the time they were loading the items, they called and asked to push off finishing until the following day. The process is also extremely expensive for it being furniture donations.

Quick and easy pickup. No charge to me.

It was great! The drivers arrived and quickly removed 2 very large and heavy cabinets! Thank you!
