Super disappointed with the team that…
Super disappointed with the team that picked up the furniture! The entire process seemed like a bait and switch.
I had an executive desk, credenza with hutch and a lateral file cabinet. I listed the pieces and uploaded a photo online and was quoted a price of $238 to pick up for donation.
Before the team arrived, the furniture was disassembled and moved to the garage. When the team arrived, instead of seeing three large pieces, they counted 7 individual pieces and FaceTime called their supervisor. The supervisor looked at everything and then told us the charge for pick up would increase and that the furniture was ‘grandma’ furniture and would be recycled and not donated. They couldn’t explain the ‘recycle’ but with little options for the ability to have the furniture taken away from my home, I agreed to the increased charge so the pickup would continue.
Unfortunately, recycle became obvious when they dropped the hutch and broke the glass.
We have supported Habitat for years both financially as well as physical donations for their Restore. In the future, if I have anything large to donate, I will seek other options that do not include using Resupply.

On time. Excellent communication. Very easy to work with. Excellent service overall. Would highly recommend.
Resupply made moving easier
The process of using Resupply was very easy and made our move much less stressful. I was matched with a removal company and a donation location. The removal company contacted me, arranged a pick up date and time. The removal company kept in touch with me for an arrival time and they picked up our item and removed it for us. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. The item we had to donate was a sleeper sofa-very heavy! We were worried about what to do with it before I found Resupply. I highly recommend this service!

Great Service for a Good Local Cause
ReSupply was very quick and easy to schedule, and our loader was friendly, courteous, and did a great job loading 6 very large pieces on his truck for Habitat without even a ramp. Despite the hardship, he was affable, efficient, and genuinely grateful for our donation. Yes, it cost us to haul our furniture, but it was much less than I was expecting. Great work! We really appreciate the service!

What a fiasco
What a fiasco. We scheduled and reserved a pickup for furniture on Thursday for. Got confirmation with timeliness for pickup. Come the day of pickup, got emails and texts indicating time to expect truck to arrive. Last communication said between 2 and 4 pm. At 4:05 pm got text that said driver was on the way. Over an hour later, no driver and no indication how long before pickup. Tried to call to get status, but was always put in queue that only let me send a text or leave a voice mail for service support. Made numerous calls and only human(s) available to talk to were sales taking orders for new donations. Finally got text from service support saying driver was on the way. Now 2-1/2 hours from original text saying the same. About an hour later finally got text saying they weren't coming on Thursday and asking to reschedule for Friday. Nope especially after spending entire Thursday waiting for them. Will try to reschedule pickup, but will never recommend this service to anyone.

Employees were friendly when they arrived however on initial pickup date scheduled they never came or contacted me to let me know. Rescheduled appt and it went fine.
Missed date of pickup
The first pick-up did not occur on the specified date. I was then given one 4 days later. Although I had told your company that I had an armoire and 2 bedside tables (Thomasville matching set) the company stated that the company they donate to would NOT accept an armoire. Also they would take it to someone else for an additional fee.
