Love this sweater! It was even nicer in person than the picture! Material was nice & it fit perfect!

Complete and utter scam. Clothes are horrible and they keep trying to barter with you for returns!
Give me my $687 back!

A few hiccups. I’d like to know when my 3 remaining sweaters are: the green turtle neck, the blue cardigan oh shoot I can’t remember I sent u an email about it yesterday. Thanks Joy Dietz

Ordered 4 dresses. Horrible. Worse than dollar store. Fabric quality awful.
Tried to return. Wanted photo. Wanted to refund $24 and I could keep. Then $36. Then $48. Then $60. I told them I would pay shipping…to Dubai!! But I had to have a Tracking #. That costs $60 to ship. I did get my refund. But at a shipping cost…but good riddance. Do Not order thinking it’s cute clothes!! Buyer beware.

Very happy with products received. Slow delivery. Two products ordered were not available.

This sweater is beautiful. Took awhile to receive it but it is worth the wait.

Do not order from this company! Their service is terrible and their products mediocre. It took me 6 weeks to get my order. Throughout the process I could not get a valid tracking number and it took a threat to call Visa to finally get my order delivered. Now I have requested a refund for two shirts that run extremely small and they are resisting giving me a refund. They want me to take pictures of the shirts. There is no value in sending them pictures for items that are too small. It's simply a stall tactic. I belive it's going to take filing a claim with Visa to get my money back. Don't put yourself through this misery for a mediocre product!

Very beautiful sweaters - well crafted

The products are amazing. They look fabulous. Great quality. Only thing is they are not as baggie looking as they show. I am true to the fit and size but I think with this these products if I want it to look closer to what shows in pictures I would go up a size. Do not get me wrong the product is amazing. I will continue to purchase from them

It took a long time to ship my order. The items were not exactly as I expected but they are still nice.

i was pleasantly surprised by how well the shirts I bought fit. They were all the same size at XXL however one was noticeably snugger than the others. that said it is an ok fit. No instructions were included for returns. Over all for the price is good and I am happy with my purchase.

Took forever to get here. Everything looks great but Quality is iffy … I haven’t washed anything yet … I’m a little concerned about that … appliqués you can feel them on the shirts worried they will come off . There was no invoice with it and nothing for option to return if wrong size or whatever.

I was concerned about purchasing online. I love all my sweaters, they are made of nice material.

Love all the tops I purchased. All made of nice material & are true to size. It takes 3-4 weeks to receive but worth the wait.

Total scam!!!! Clothes look like they should be sold at the dollar store! Thin, cheap material, I’d be embarrassed to wear!
If I could give zero stars I would!

First off they claimed to be located in North Carolina. When people starting asking questions on their Facebook page, they turned off commenting. Took two weeks too deliver. Why you ask? Shipped from china to New York. Items are nothing like in the picture. Smaller, cheaper, and thinner. Surprise. Then when I asked for my money back they said to ship items back. Where you ask? To china. Would have cost as much as the two sweater to ship to china. Thank goodness for PayPal. Got my money back and now I have two nice dust clothes for cleaning day. Buyer beware.

Warning! Never buy from this company. I ordered 2 tops, both size women's 'L'. I am size 12. They would not have fit a small child and cost $69 USD. The company offered me bribes instead of a refund. The first was $10, then $20, then $24 even though I informed them I would post negative reviews if they didn't provide a full refund. I would have given them 0 stars if I could.They should be banned from selling in Canada.

I ordered 6 items from Retaica, it took over a month to get to me (yet they claim that they are made in the US). I received the items, three did not fit. I emailed requesting info on a return. They asked for pictures of the items which I sent, then they said they could only offer me $13 and I could keep the clothes, I replied that I don't want to keep the clothes, I want to return for a full refund. This went back and forth about 6 times, end result was this response

"I'm sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation, but 28 dollars is our maximum.

Our return warehouse is in Dubai. The shipping fee is very expensive.

If you insist on returning, you will pay the freight by yourself."

I paid over $130 for those three items that do not fit. Returns for online orders of clothing happen all the time, it should be easy to do. I'll stick to known companies like Amazon and Venus from now on!

I will NEVER order from Retaica again! BUYER BEWARE
