TERRIBLE - If I could give a minus 10 stars I would.
I received the tops almost two months after I ordered & paid $250.00 for them. When I finally received the tops, I did not like the quality. I immediately e-mailed Retaica to return the tops. I asked to return the tops due to quality. They have jerked me around for several e-mails & finally they offered me $21.00.
NO I want to return the TOPS for a FULL REFUND.
SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM
Do NOT do business with this company.

UPDATE:
I am still fighting with trying to get my money back! If I could have given them "minus" ratings i would have. They keep telling me to send this junk to Dubai ($50-60 postage), and then they will refund my money.
I had to fight to get them to refund me for the item I never got in the package.
This company is a scam!! They are not made and shipped within the US!! This crap comes from China and the return address in Dubai is used because you cannot ship anything there.
I believe the "oh I love my things" are fake reviews. Too many having the same complaint of garbage quality and them wanting to give you $25 and keep the clothes.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

So I ordered 3 sweaters of fb!!! I was nervous because there are a LOT of scams, but I loved the sweaters -- so I ordered 3.... there were some delays, but the company kept me posted, & updated. My sweaters finally arrived !! Absolutely gorgeous!!! The colors, the feel (so soft & comfy) and the size is pretty true... I will be ordering again soon.... there customer service made the shopping even better... thanks for your service and your amazing sweaters!! Have received many compliments on them....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five stars!!! Awesome job!!!!! Carole

I ordered three tops. Two were true to size, the third a little bit snug. While delivery did take sometime, I was impressed with each one in a plastic zippered bag and tissue paper. Their customer service responded to my email quickly. I will definitely order from them again.

The sweater is nice. Well made, nice colours. The fit is different than I was expecting because of the model in the add. She was wearing one oversized from her expected measurements. A bit deceiving.

Shipping took several months from China, to the US however items were delivered as I expected. Thank you.

Order took 8 weeks to get here. Only received 3 of the 4 tops I ordered. All to small, have sent at least 6 e-mails. Now I had to send them a pic of the tops with a tape measure on them!! They don't answer me. I am so frustrated, all I wanted was to get the next size up and asked about the top that didn't come. No one answers.

The ordering process was fine. The tops are somewhat bigger than expected but they may shrink in the wash.

The shirts and dress I ordered took a little longer than expected to arrive..but once they were received I am really glad I didn't cancel the order. Very nice shirts...dress is a little thin so I think I will use it as a swim suit cover-up!!!! Just be patient...orders this days are taking a little longer than expected!

Don’t buy from this company. The good reviews are fake. They sent me faulty items and won’t accept return. Won’t retried even if doesn’t fit or you don’t like the item. Asks for pictures and then no response. No return information provided. Buy elsewhere. Not a US based company as posted. Fake.
