Absolutely fantastic experience, from the first contact with Steve Garton, even a call when the process was completed, whichnwas really thoughtful. Steve is obviously very knowledgeabl, and has great customer service skills. He made the whole process stress free , even when sorting a issue with a name difference. Can highly recommend , Steve and Retirement Solutions

It was a big step understanding and putting into practice equity release Dave Cox explained and made sure it was the right way to go for us plus we wanted what I call a one stop shop wills,power of attorney and insurance which was all set out for us with no demands for us to use the service

Don't give your details unless your committed as you'll receive months of persistent numerous daily phone calls & silent voicemails which is extremely unprofessional. If you call back they just say hello, occasionally introduce themselves. I've blocked many number's but they continue to come through on others. All I can say is it's hard to trust companies who behave in this manner.

I had a very good conversation with one of their staff. He rang me back, as agreed at the exact time I requested. I missed the call. I then got a text, there were 2 numbers, I tried both. On one I held on for 8 minutes, the other said not in use.
I went back on the web site and wrote a message on the chat box that failed to comprehend with the robot. And was then offered the web site to fill in a full form again ! Which i did !
At the bottom of the website page was the small print and another number which I tried- this also gave the 'not in use' reply ! I therefore suggest that Retirement Solutions show a lot more respect to their potential clients by advertising a telephone number where one can actually speak to a member of staff within 2 minutes- no excuses.
I am looking elsewhere - to see if there is a company with a correct number for a contact.

Very friendly and informal with no pressure to decide either way. Kept up to date with progress and all the work done for you basically.
I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of releasing equity.

I chose Retirement Solutions because I think, initially, I received an email out of the blue. However, I’m so pleased that I did choose them because they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Dave Cox was my contact, he thoroughly explained the application, and the procedure, which seemed quite daunting at first, then he guided me every step of the way. Dave was always available to help, or answer the many questions and queries that arose during the 12 weeks of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always so cheerful and positive even when I had bouts of despondency. I can’t rate Retirement Solutions highly enough really, they dealt with EVERYTHING so professionally and efficiently. I’m so happy that I chose them to help me release the equity on my property.
Now it’s all done, I have my cash, it went directly into my bank account within 24 hours of completion. I already have my new conservatory, and my new bathroom and kitchen will be installed early in the New Year. After those big spends I plan to redecorate the rest of the house, and now it’s all doable! I urge anybody thinking about equity release to go to the VERY best, that’s Retirement Solutions. All 100% A1 perfect from start to finish. An excellent choice!

It was all very quick and easy. Dave Cox was excellent in explaining everything clearly so that we understood everything regarding equity release. He was also very friendly and down to earth, which made us feel at ease and we felt that we could ask anything.
The solicitor came out to us instead of us having to visit her, which was enormously helpful. Would highly recommend.

A good company to get ideas for retirement decisions. Had Paul Oldrieve come to our home to talk over ideas. Paul was very polite, helpful and friendly.
