Still waiting too hear from company they take a long time but they are thorough in their research

My advisor, Stephen Lucas, was brilliant. He offered advice for my situation without any pressure at all.
I would recommend Retirement Solutions all day long and especially Stephen. The whole thing was very professional without any pressure or bullying at all.

Anthony Bromley helped us sort out a L P A for us , he explained it all to us and helped us with any questions we had and made it easy for us to complete all the forms.

Retirement Solutions fulfilled all our requirements and there were no issues or problems; the requirement was completed well within their declared timescale. The only issue I had was the cost of the service (RSs) in relationship to the amount realised with the equity release, about 8%. I would use them again.

I recently dealt with this company for some equity release. From the first phone call to the last it has been a fantastic journey . The people I had dealings with Keeley and Keith Robinson were so compassionate helpful and understanding to my needs . They made things simple for me to understand made sure I was comfortable with all the information and were always at the end of the phone if I needed any questions answered. I honestly can’t praise and thank the company and staff enough and I would highly recommend this company .

The personal service was exemplary. Lots of hand-holding and explaining a lot of the bigger words, just what someone in my position required. It's a big decision, and I made it with the aid of Steve, rather than feeling that i was being pushed into it.

Tony Palmer was a great help telling me how things worked in the way that I would understand.He was there at the end of the phone if I needed to chat about anything came round to sort out any paperwork that needed doing he was a great help

We discussed the situation, resolved any issues, then re assessed it. Coming to a conclusion both parties agreed upon. However I was not given the option of choosing a date to accept the funds, which arrived about one month early.
All in all a good equity release.

Quick and easy prosess thanks to Steve,he explained everything so we could understand it all. Any questions we had was always there to answer them. Nothing was any trouble. Would recommend using this company. Very friendly, no jargon, no pressure.
