I was already with company called just. Elaine cook she came to my house to arrange more money from equity release. She made me feel comfortable and she did the extra money I needed. She arranged with just.

From start to finish retirement solutions were extremely helpful everyone helped to give as much advice as explanation to help us understand what was required and how it would affect us in later stages of our lives.
Chris Hastings was extremely supportive and helpful and made us feel very comfortable throughout the visit to see how we saw things and to make the transition run smoothly.
I would highly recommend him , he is a genuine person and doesn’t push you to do anything that you are not comfortable with.

Being independent I was given a wide choice of Equity Release schemes. They were very informative and helpful. Kept in touch with me until Kelly left. I was having some difficulty with the solicitors sorting out the trust on the property who took an unnecessary 6 months. The mortgage offer had lapsed and I contacted the company again who were apologetic that their contact with me had been non existent after Kelly left. But, to their credit, they came back very quickly to arrange a new mortgage which went through rapidly. I would recommend this company as working with them one did not feel pressurized in anyway in choosing the right company.

Our advisor, Tracy Mason was absolutely amazing, right from start to finish. Totally professional, warm, friendly and very helpful. At no point did she pressure us into making a decision, she outlined all the options clearly and answered all our questions. It was less like a business meeting and more like having a friend round for a chat!

The gentleman who came out to start the process, gave us a fully comprehensive explanation. He talked through the whole process with clarity and answered questions carefully and fully.. I can't give a better score than 5 stars, it has been a breeze and almost carefree process. Thoroughly recommend.

Very personable, receptive and sensitive customer service. My partner had cancer for seven years and we’d spent the last two of them planning a safety net for me once she was no longer here to support me. We learned a lot about the equity release options and I didn’t want to feel pressurised to try alternative options. My consultant was attentive, reassuring and helpful. I have a knee-jerk reaction to being ‘sold’ financial options and shouldn’t have worried about that happening in this case. Highly professional, customer appropriate options offered throughout, with clear get-out clauses and time to consider cooling off period clearly explained.
Excellent service with a caring and informative overview that allows the customer to access their own hard earned capitol without feeling reckless.
