If it were possible, Zero stars would be more accurate. Needed to return a Christmas item. Tried several times absolutely no response. Then suddenly after the 30 return policy expired they reached out stating some type of issue. Still did not honor their policy even though they were MIA during the 30 day period. They are scammers. Dont waste your time or money on them. We always try to support small businesses. Shame on us.

Ordered a 3dsxl, i got a tracking number but the order was never shipped! Finally after 15 days it was actually shipped. I got the 3dsLL not xl. But was in great condition and will work for what i need. Three stars because shipping was bs and was sent an LL not XL

I ordered a Nintendo 3DS with two games and only a dirty nasty 3ds showed up. To this day, I’m still waiting on those two games. I have called them for a refund and I have not gotten any response.

SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I ordered a Green PSP that was supposed to come in 9-9.5/10 condition. The product arrived and was the wrong color and the condition was a 6/10.. When I emailed them, they told me that they damaged my product in the process of packaging it, which literally makes no sense because all you’re doing is wrapping it in bubble wrap, and they decided without telling me to send me a completely different item, different in color and in horrible condition. When I confronted them about this, they told me to just enjoy the product and then they completely stopped responding to me. I sent Walmart all of their information, including screenshots and Walmart is going to investigate them and likely get them removed.. This business 100% sent me something they knew I didn’t want with the hopes that I would be too lazy or incapable of returning the product therefore making them money for selling me something that is less expensive than what I ordered.. The whole process was extremely unprofessional and all this did was backfire on them because Walmart refunded me my money, I still have the product that they scammed me with, and now they are left with a bad reputation and are being investigated by Walmart. I would never lie or try to damage somebody’s business, but when you are a fraud, this is how life treats you

Bought a new 3ds xl, screen came damaged, got a partial refund on just 10%

Checked the unit, it's not refurbished as "described" clear signs of dirt, guck, screen was not checked, not profesional.

Bunch of scammers. I placed and cancelled an order within the hour to redo it due to an incorrect address and I STILL haven’t received a refund or any response to my numerous emails, that was on the 12th of January, meaning it’s been weeks since then. I tried and failed to submit support tickets on the website because I keep getting an error whenever I try.

I purchased a 3DS XL for my daughter for Christmas. I received a modded 3DS LL that will not function. I have left voicemails, emails, FB messages and comments on their social media. I have also opened two help tickets. They finally responded with a message requesting a video of the game after their "return window" past. I highly suggest that you avoid this company at all costs. The game wasn't super clean and was missing a screw. I do not believe that they are refurbishing these in house. My guess is that they are being dropshipped from a third party. I had to contact my credit card company to get the $300+ reimbursed. I also contacted the PA Attorney General Consumer Compliant Dept. Check their recent reviews on Google. Beware!

Missing items in my order and I can't get the company to respond to email or text. Terrible customer service. I sent around $270 and now I'm out the missing items. Do not shop here!

This place is a joke. I ordered 2 Nintendo 64 games and a memory pack. The games arrived and we're authentic, and nicely cleaned. However the memory pack was missing. I've have since been emailing them daily from both of my email addresses and calling twice a day, they never answer the phone, nor do they reply to emails. I also found out about Price charting after the fact, and saw that they also are very over priced on almost everything they sell. Buyer beware, IF you actually get what you order, it'll be cleaned nice and function, but apparently that's a big if

bought a nes classic edition for over $300 and it was a knock off. highly frustrated with this. I paid more than 3 times the typical amount and it still ended up being a fake

After my first experience with this seller I would totally recommend them. The item I purchased was as listed on the website and to be honest even in better condition and 100% functional.

In terms of customer service, it was great. I had to contact them in regard of a few questions I had with my order, I received a fast response and follow up. The staff wasn’t only friendly but very helpful.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase and I totally recommend this seller.

Stay away!! I bought and Xbox 360 bundle and it worked for a couple of times and then just wouldn't come on anymore. Got in contact with retro games and I shipped it back and they sent out a new one which took 2 weeks to get. Soon as I took it out of the box and hooked it up it didn't work at all. Wasted over a month of my time and now I have to physically take it back to Walmart and wait 2 more weeks for a refund. No compensation at all!! Best bet would be to get what you need elsewhere!

I love it! I think my only complaint is that the color I picked wasn't guaranteed as advertised, but they do let you know before you receive it that you're getting a different color. Which I personally appreciate. I would've been pissed if I opened the box and saw that it was blue instead of red. I also appreciate that they didn't send me a busted red new 3ds xl. The only reason they sent me blue was because their reds weren't in good condition to send. Everything else is fantastic. My new 3ds xl came in fantastic shape. A couple very very small scratches at the bottom and some yellow tinting on the screen which I was expecting considering I cannot buy a brand new one anymore. The buttons work great and everything besides some cosmetic issues as previously mentioned is practically perfect. It's in better shape than my original 3ds which prompted me buying a refurbished new 3ds xl. Also fantastic customer service. They are so awesome. Specifically John who I was in communication with. But I assume the rest of the team is awesome if John is a representation of them. I absolutely will buy from here again in a year or two when I want a gameboy or any other retro device.

Immediate review and resolution to my problem. Courteous and helpful staff. Thoroughly satisfied.
