Uptade Commande
Uptade : Finalement j'ai bien reçu ma commande et j'étais satisfait de ma commande. Le t-shirt était incroyable, bien à ma taille ( un peu oversize comme j'aime ) et franchement pour la qualité du t-shirt je recommande.
Le seul bémol est le temps d'attente avant de le recevoir qui a été très long mais qui était dû à un problème logistique comme me l'a expliqué Nathan mais finalement, le t-shirt est bien arrivé et j'ai été satisfait.
Je recommanderai sur le site c'est sur en espérant que le délai de livraison soit moins long.

The address you entered was incomplete, and the parcel is currently being returned to me.
As stated on our website, the customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Retro Football Gang cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the shipping information provided by the customer is incorrect.
Despite this, I'm still offering to send you a replacement completely FREE of charge as you wanted!
And in return, I get a 1-star review? That's disappointing. I'm doing my best to find a solution because you really wanted this T-shirt, even though the issue was caused by a mistake that wasn't ours. I would also like to remind you that I am fully within my rights not to send the T-shirt again free of charge in this situation.
I'm not Amazon, and returns take time to come back. I'm just doing my best to help and provide the best possible service with my small brand.

Delivery service did not deliver my product at all. I made repeated attempts to contact the seller to avoid this becoming an eventuality, all of which were ignored.

I’m sorry, but this is getting really frustrating. I’m doing my best to help by checking the tracking information, and yet I’m the one being penalized. It just doesn’t feel fair and I feel sorry because looks you didn’t receive the item

I’m afraid I got scammed here. Placed my order over two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since that. Been trying to reach the company by email, but no answer… Really nice shirts on website, so that’s a disappointment. But I did also pay a pretty huffy price for them. Will update this review if anything happens but for now I want to warn other potential buyers.
I’ve got my order! Due to World Cup the delivery was a little delayed, which I accept. Beautiful t-shirts but maybe not the best quality since one of them got a little hole in the neck.

Servicio de entrega pésimo. Les tuve que escribir 5 veces por correo y sin recibir respuesta… tardé un mes en recibir el paquete y gracias… No recomiendo la compra bajo ningún concepto… el producto no es nada del otro mundo

J’ai commandé 2 T-shirts début Avril. Je n’ai pas reçu ma commande tout en ayant été prélevé… J’ai essayé de les contacter par mail mais je n’ai pas de reponse à par les mails automatiques pour noter son expérience.

Déçu de ne pas avoir pu vous aider davantage. Le numéro de suivi indique que le t-shirt a bien été livré en août. Vous m’aviez informé que vous étiez en vacances à ce moment-là, et je vous avais suggéré de vous rendre au bureau de poste le plus proche pour obtenir plus d’informations.
Depuis mon mail, je n’ai malheureusement pas eu de réponse de votre part. J’aurais bien aimé vous aider davantage (et ne pas recevoir cette petite étoile) ; c’est toujours embêtant quand un client commande et ne reçoit pas le produit !
