Return Well provides independent workplace health assessments to help employers support employees who are struggling at work or returning after sickness absence. Our UK-registered clinicians provide practical, evidence-based recommendations on fitness to return, phased returns, workplace adjustments and ongoing support. We also provide specialist neurodiversity workplace assessments for employees who may need additional support or adjustments at work. Assessments are carried out remotely, with clear reports typically provided within 3–5 working days. There are no contracts or retainers — employers simply use Return Well when they need us.

Employee off for months now back in work

We had an employee off work for a few months with an injury and didn't know the best way to approach a phased return of if they even could.

Return Well gave assigned a clinician to the case that had so much knowledge and experience of how some practical adjustments could support the employees return and it's been an amazing experience for both us as the employer and also the employee who is happy to be back with the recommended adjustments in place.

From time of case creation, we had a report within 3 days and the employee was back to work the following week.

Great response to a last minute…

Great response to a last minute emergency. Friendly and professional and responded quickly to fix anything I needed along the way. I'm really pleased to have found them as provider for my clients.
