We had the pleasure of working with Luke at Revival Finance last year (2023) when we were navigating the complex world of mortgage applications as self-employed individuals. Our initial experience with another mortgage advisor left us feeling frustrated and uncertain, as they lacked the specialized knowledge we required. However, everything changed when we connected with Luke.

I have used Revival Finance twice now, the first time was to get a mortgage as a first time buyer and the 2nd time was to remortgage the property this year.

I was fairly clueless as a first time buyer and while remortgaging for the first time. Both times Luke N went through all the options with me and was in constant contact with myself and was there at the end of the phone or via email when I needed information or help.

I had some issues trying to secure a mortgage because the type of property and I ended up going with another house and having all the details changed over etc.

I also had Rhianna C that would follow up emails and communicate with me throughout the process. Both were fantastic and worth their weight in gold.

This is the third time I have used Revival Finance, throughout the latest process of applying for a Mortgage I was kept up to date with everything that was going on. I could not always get hold of Luke straight away by phone, but he always contacted me back to discuss my concerns. If you are looking for a mortgage broker who is approachable and willing to take the time to explain all the jargon that comes with a mortgage application, then Revival Finance are the people to go to. In five years time I will be going back to them again, thanks again for all your help Luke with my latest house purchase, it was much appreciated!

We used Revival Finance after recommendation from a friend. Our new mortgage was quickly arranged when the mini budget fiasco if 2022 was happening last October. We were updated throughout the process regularly. Our mortgage rate was 6.24% that was arranged in the October. Revival was chasing the lender throughout our house move and managed to reduce it once the interest rates dropped in 2023 to 4.19% saving us nearly £300pm😁Highly recommended, would use again😁

Luke has been absolutely brilliant at sourcing us a mortgage. Not only has he been able to find us a better deal than we initially thought possible, he has helped remove the stress from the mortgage application process. He and Rhianna have continually kept us updated along the way and whenever we have had a concern or query they have come back to us with a response within no more than a couple of hours. Donna who works with Luke also found us an excellent deal on life and income protection insurance. Excellent service from the first phone call right through to completion. Luke and Rhianna made the experience worry free. I purchased my property in Northern Ireland and they were able to find me a lender even during turbulent Trussenomics mortgage rates even with a not great credit score. My experience with Luke & Rhianna has been excellent!
My partner has recently became self employed and our fixed rate mortgage was coming to an end. We didn't have a year's accounts to use as proof of income and I was struggling to find a lender that would re-mortgage using only my income - Luke & Rhianna sourced a mortgage that was exactly what we needed.
They dealt with the application process on our behalf and have made a stressful time so much easier.

Rhianna and Luke have been amazing. As clueless first time buyers during a time of lots of change and uncertainty, they both guided us through the process and found the best product for us (Answering endless questions along the way). They could not have been more helpful and we are very grateful for the time and effort they have put into helping us to buy our first home.

Sorry, for any confusion but I was unwell at the time I spoke to Luke. Luke did speak to me and clarified the situation extremely well. However, Luke seemed upset by my TrustPilot rating and seemed to be verbally "bullying" me into removing my rating. Hence, only 3-stars.
