Thank you for your assistance with our new mortgage. So far everything seems to have gone smoothly. Having contacted the previous mortgage company Birmingham Midshires to ensure their payments are stopped. After a recommendation from a friend we decided to use Rokform Finance to help us get a mortgage for our 1st house purchase. From day 1 I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise from both Kelly and Lorna. The speed they managed to get our file up and running to getting our agreement in principle to then getting the application in and approved was amazing. Kelly and the Rokform team really came through for us on a high pressure, fast turnaround auction purchase for our first family home. Very grateful for their service and are happy to now be Bristolians thanks to their hard work.

I have been using Kelly, for at least a decade now and will never change ! She always gets the job done, whatever the challenges are she will find a solution. This year the way it has all fallen myself and my husband had several BTL mortgages renewing or changing entity or refinancing, some of them simultaneously, so at time for me it was confusing and very very stressful keeping all "the balls in the air" while still working and running a business.
