I have transferred money on behalf of my wife to help her test Remitly formerly Rewire. But the experience to add money to the remitly wallet has sent her on the edge because of the horrible delay and terrible customer support experience. It's been more than 6 days and the money transferred from the bank hasn't reflected yet in her Remitly wallet and still the support and escalation team is treating it like a joke. It's horrible that I feel the app and your support works in medieval times. Cynara Saviana Holding.

This company is an absolute sham and I will encourage any individual planning to send any money to stay far away from them. They have held my money for the past three days, say its in "process" yet nobody reached out via email, phone or text message. A transfer that shouldn't have taken more than 20 minutes according to their own estimates has still not been sent after 3 business days. After speaking with them at least ten times without being given an answer as to what is going on with my money, I requested a refund which they said I have to wait 3-5 business days for. This is essentially stealing and I will definitely escalate with the relevant authorities pertaining to any licensing they have that enables them defraud individuals in such a manner. STAY AWAY.

The stress this company gave me is superb. They want me to writedown all the names / my relationship / and the reasons why i am sending money to this people . Not just a simple writing down the reasons . You need to be specific whether this person use it for goods or payment to hospital or anything. This is so hussle..where infact they can just put this kind of option in the app when your sending money and not send you after two years , then i sent them and talk to the operator several times, after 7 months problems are still not solve. How shameful to this company. 1 rating from me is not even something you guys deserve after making my life in so much stress. Never use this company . Not recommendable.

I sent money through Rewire on December 29 for my family’s New Year celebration. Before transferring, I checked the app for any notice about delays, and there was none. After sending, the status changed to “processing” until January 1. I contacted customer support, and they told me that it was already written as “processing until January 1.” However, they made no effort to resolve the issue.

I asked them to cancel the transaction so I could send the money through another service, but they said they couldn’t cancel it. This caused so much stress and sadness for my entire family. My kids were excited, and my parents were looking forward to the celebration, but the delay ruined everything. It was heartbreaking to see everyone disappointed because of this. I am deeply upset and will not trust Rewire again.

This company doesn’t seem to exist anymore. When you try to open a new account, they’ll redirect you to Remitly, which is a completely different service.

Was really looking forward to giving this company a chance and use their service to transfer some money between my IL and US accounts.
Their inability to communicate simple information, provide clear guidance, and just provide good customer support was a huge turn down.
I doubt I will be using them again, or suggesting them to anyone else.

I recently had to make a payment to an account in the US Virgin Islands and I highly recommend using Rewire for their excellent service and integrity. Their customer feedback is superb and the transfer was completed very quickly.

Support was amazing and helpful making sure all was going well!

The UX/UI of the entire wiring and identification was clear and convenient. There was a technical issue which support resolved quickly

Meine Ehefrau verwendet Rewire schon ca. 2 Jahre, die Summen die sie an ihre Familie auf den Philippinen sendete lagen meistens bei mehreren Hundert Euro. Nun sendete sie wegen einem Bauprojekt 5000 Euro, diese wurden zurück gesendet "Regulatory Reason".
Dann dachten wir das ist zu viel, also nur 4000 € gesendet, kam wieder zurück "Account Closed".
Kostete 25 € Bankgebühren, nie wieder REWIRE!

I signed up using Lebara's promotional offer and transferred money outside the UK. Rewire reported the transaction to my credit card company as a Cash Advance! I have been slapped with penalties by my bank in addition to interest charges and Rewire support team aren't even understanding what I am trying to tell them. Seriously not worth the hassle and I've honestly lost money by using them. I am considering an official complaint and getting Financial Services Complaints Tribunal involved if they can't provide me a satisfactory explanation.

Working with rewire since 2019. They access to euro banking and have money transfers. Customer service is fast on the WhatsApp platform and give following to the emails. Recommend 👍

Well, I really loved it cause the whole transaction was completed within in 5 mins where as some other alternatives take 3 days to complete and also it's very simple to use.

Very bad customer service. Reported the problem of their website being down. Instead of resolving the issue they instruct me to download the application and asked me to check my internet connection is strong and the funny thing is asked me to refresh the page. Looks like they don't know how to troubleshooting from their end.

If I can rate this app 0 I would! They took my money and said transfer still on process it’s been 4 days now and the response they can only say is ‘we will let you know once the order has been completed’ like wt f is this a scam? They won’t even let me refund my own money!

Ho mandato 100 euro nelle Filippine, soldi che non sono mai arrivati al destinatario, poi dicono che mi accreditano i 100 euro sul saldo come rimborso ma non arriva niente neanche qui. Assistenza pessima dicono solo che il trasferimento per loro è completo. Da non usare.
