â More than two years of promises, extra fees, and no results
My girlfriend and I hired Rezeev to recover a debt. Our case lasted more than two years, and it ended with complete disappointment.
Throughout the process, we were repeatedly advised to pay for additional legal procedures, each time with the assurance that these steps would significantly improve the chances of recovering our money. We ended up paying substantial additional fees on top of the original costs.
After every payment, progress seemed to stop. Whenever we requested updates, we received excuses and delays.
The biggest shock came when we discovered that the debtor's only known property had already been sold. We were never informed that this had happened, despite having paid for legal measures that we understood were intended to protect our interests in exactly this situation. We found out ourselves.
When we complained, we were simply told there was nothing more they could do. More than a year after our last communication, they even demanded an additional â¬1,500 for vaguely described services that we had never requested.
To make matters worse, after we posted a negative review, the owner contacted my girlfriend instead of addressing me directly. He accused her of lying and claimed that I had never been his customer. This is remarkable, considering that my girlfriend and I entrusted this case to his company for more than two years.
Rather than responding to the substance of our complaint, they chose to attack the people who left the review.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Rezeev. We invested a significant amount of time, money, and trust, and received none of the results we were repeatedly led to expect.
