Good Service

RGM have the service contract for my home and a property I let out. I have always been satisfied with their work . Matthew Jamie and Ian comprise a good team along with excellent clerical support from the office. All engineers have been well mannered punctual and done a good job.

Jamie was very polite and professional


Jamie was very polite and professional when he serviced my boiler. He took the time to explain the tests he had done. Jamie also took the time to program my wireless controller.
Matthew was very polite when he phoned a few days later to check I was happy with the service received.

Exceptional service.

Exceptional service provided by this company. Great customer service provided by Matthew. Absolutely delighted with work done by Jamie. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and great guys to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend them for any plumbing/heating issues.

Friendly and fast service

Friendly and fast service. Engineers arrive early and completed boiler service professionally. Would recommend, always a friendly team at RGM.

Great service from RGM

Kyle came out promptly as our boiler pressure kept dropping. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, this allowed us to decide how to proceed.
