I haven’t felt pressured by Rhino to take out insurance, but they have been excellent at explaining the product. Good contact maintained by email and phone, I would definitely recommend them.

Really happy with the service i received, went through everything in detail.

I acquired public liability insurance through Rhino Trade Insurance 10 days ago after a recommendation from HETAS.

After calling to discuss the policy in detail with a gentleman named Ben, I was advised to complete the process online. However, I encountered an issue where the software wouldn’t allow me to finish the procedure.
When I called back, I found out they had closed for the weekend!

I contacted them again on the Monday, only to be informed that their online system doesn’t permit completion when specific add-on components are included in the policy—this was the very add-on we had spent 30 minutes discussing on the phone!

During our second conversation on Monday, I confirmed that plant hire was covered under the policy, and I was assured they it was included in the premium calculation.

I proceeded to pay over the phone and was informed that the policy documents would be accessible in their web portal.

Upon reviewing these documents, I found no mention of coverage for plant hire!

I have sent three emails inquiring about this and have yet to receive a response. I consider this to be very poor service.

This quote was slightly more expensive than the broker I have used for years, but since they were recommended by HETAS, I thought the process of notifying HETAS each year about active public liability insurance would be simplified, saving me time. Instead, I have wasted much more time than I have saved!

Given my experiences thus far, I have concerns about their responsiveness and assistance in the event of a claim.

Liam is the man , called back every time, this guy should be making daily decisions for the company as he has the company at heart and the best interests of clients at the most important . The day Liam leaves to go elsewhere we will follow .
