Avery was a pleasure to work with. I stayed as tenant for one year at one of their managed properties in Birmingham. Communication was prompt and clear from the start. The property was well-managed and exactly as initailly described in the listing. Moving in and out was a seamless process. No issues at all. Highly recommend renting with them.

We moved in a month ago, and the freezer section of the fridge was completely blocked with ice build-up and had broken trays. We informed the property manager, and she booked a service technician who sorted everything out.

We’ve been with Avery since 2008. We have a property in Birmingham that they manage for us. Great service. Short turn around when our tenants vacate. We are totally hands off especially now we are retired and not so energetic. Always grateful of their service and friendly approach. Can thoroughly recommend them. Thank you one and all. 🙂👌

Extremely positive experience with Avery and especially Rhiannon who has assisted greatly upon termination of my tenancy.

A few charges issues from the landlord that ai didn’t agree with that Avery helped negotiate. No issues with Avery, more so with the landlord directly.

Rhiannan and Colin have been so helpful throughout our tenancy, anything we have needed they have responded quickly and anything has been solved, rhiannan made the move out process very easy and stress free, I couldn’t recommend them enough

It has been a real pleasure dealing with Colin & Anna of Avery Residential in our search for a tenant. Colin in particular has been brilliant in his communications, keeping me in the loop and responding promptly to all my queries.

Avery Residential have managed our London properties for over 5 years now. Tom and his team have proved an excellent choice - professional, responsive and always quick to get on top of any day to day management issues. We don't live in London so it's essential for us to know that our property is in good hands and our tenants have dependable help when needed. Tom is also very experienced in the London market and keeps us in the loop when it's time to re-let.
