It has been a real pleasure dealing with Colin & Anna of Avery Residential in our search for a tenant. Colin in particular has been brilliant in his communications, keeping me in the loop and responding promptly to all my queries.

Avery Residential have managed our London properties for over 5 years now. Tom and his team have proved an excellent choice - professional, responsive and always quick to get on top of any day to day management issues. We don't live in London so it's essential for us to know that our property is in good hands and our tenants have dependable help when needed. Tom is also very experienced in the London market and keeps us in the loop when it's time to re-let.

So I rented a lovely one bed apartment in town. From the beginning my process with working with this company was smooth. I secured my flat within hours of viewing it. Moving in was seamless and so was check out. Rhiannan was extremely helpful. She negotiated well between myself and my landlord for check out. Whenever there was an issue maintenance always came out. I had no issues at all with this agency. I left my flat as I am off to be married. It was my first time living alone but I had a great experience renting my first place as a single person. It was that much more great because of Avery Residential and their understanding towards tenants. Thank you to the team!

Great agency. Rented a flat with them for a year. Throughout this time Rhiannan was very responsive both on email and on the phone. They were very fair with the deposit at the end of the tenancy and generally helpful throughout the year regarding any problems in the flat. Have a good receipt system too for logging issues.
