We found the staff friendly and helpful, we knew what we wanted and were able to purchase our new car at a price we were happy with. Initial communication was not too good but our experience was overall a good one.

Great experience buying my car
Great experience buying my car. Finley was who dealt with us he was really helpful explaining everything in detail and I was quite nervous about test drive but he put at complete ease. Thank you Finley great sales person

Really put out any concerns and kept us fully informed whilst vehicle was being prepared. Requested to have sorted as soon as possible, and completed in 5 working days. Great service

Great experience
Great experience . Mario in the sales team in Bognor Branch is excellent and was really thorough and helpful throughout the process ensuring we had all the information to make a decision to buy the Tuscon. Great branch location and everyone is really professional . The sales team are all excellent and there are many vehicles in branch to look at various models.

Speedy process and courteous
Firstly they had the vehicle we were looking for. From start to finish the process was very speedy.

Maz- I can honestly say he’s one of the best car salesmen I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and completely focused on helping me find the right car—not just making a sale.

Maz was honestly amazing throughout! He listened to everything we said and wanted for our new car! When chatting later on he remembered personal details we had discussed which was such a lovely touch. If you want a calm environment and not feel pressured. Ask for Maz if you go here, you wont be disappointed!!

very unimpressed
very unimpressed, delivered car at 10.00hrs for recommended brake adjustment, went to collect at 15.00 and told to come back in 1.5 hrs. Went back and not even started on it.
Poor communication, no service.
Won't be back.
