Gavin, Service Manager together with Amanda were absolutely amazing. My 5 year old Tucson stopped on a dual carriageway (wouldn't let me drive it) after a flashing HEV! warning light came on that said pull over safely. Following this the engine management light came on. As you can imagine, your car refusing to move on a dual carriageway was dangerous and stressful. I have been a loyal customer of Everton Hyundai for just over 4 years and when Gavin learned about my situation he went above and beyond to resolve my challenge swiftly. Despite the service centre being very busy, he booked me in immediately, identified the issue and fixed my car within 24 hours. I am extremely grateful to Gavin and his team. With so many choices in the local area to have your car serviced, Gavin's customer service and recognition of loyalty to Hyundai, has increased my commitment and loyalty to both Richmond Lymington and to Hyundai as a whole. Harry the sales reps customer service was excellent and he was very informative and helpful from start to finish when choosing our new car. We had a clear idea of the model we were after and Harry pulled out all the stops to make sure we got the right one in our budget and even went to his sister branch 20 miles away to collect the car we liked.
No rushed or pushy sales , just meticulous information for us to peruse over. Even in Harry’s absence, we dealt with his colleague Arjan and again, fabulous customer service from him also.

I recently bought a Hyundai Bayon from Harrison LeMarechal. It was 13 years since I changed my car with a huge update in terms of technology. Throughout the process from a test drive to purchase, Harrison was extremely patient and helpful, answering all my questions effectively

Charlie Simmonds offered an excellent service with frequent and helpful communication when trying to resolve a problem we found after checking the car MOT certificate ourselves which was clearly very wrong and may have caused us problems down the line. He also sorted another admin issue on the extended guarantee which was also incorrect. A rather frustrating purchase resolved through his persistence and his customer service focus.

A welcoming friendly Garage with excellent customer service. We recently bought a second hand car from Lymington Hyundai and Aman looked after us extemely well, explaining and making sure we were happy with everything. Aman was very attentive and professional and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly reccomend this Garage. They offer excellent coffee too!

Richmond Hyundai Lymington provided a first class service. We are based in Birmingham but found a car with them we liked the look of. They were very helpful over the phone with answering questions, they provided videos of the car and they sent the battery health check.

When I travelled down they even picked me up from the station. Aman, in particular, went the extra mile to ensure all my queries were addressed. They were a nice team and we felt well looked after.

He was already very knowledgeable and obviously a quick learner. He was very patient and is an asset to your company. His attention to detail from our first enquiry to him handing over the new vehicle was excellent.

The guys at Lymington were so busy when we popped in we considered coming back later but glad we didn’t as I found my dream car out in the forecourt whilst we were waiting.
