Very bad communication
Very bad communication. Couldn’t get my car on time because of poor communication. Was told a different monthly payment because of poor communication. And never even got my V5c new car slip after buying my new car, because they are so poorly organised. Would not recommend. The sales person was called Callum.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience, particularly considering we live in Leeds and never even saw the car we bought so there was an element of trust involved but it was exactly as you would expect from a main dealer, many thanks to all concerned, would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed in my experience purchasing new Hyundai i10.
Was my 4th new upgrade . I was contacted by phone.
I felt rushed and found there to be poor customer communication with myself.
I did not enjoy the experience, and felt more time could have been spent to show me how to use blue tooth etc in the new vechile

Okay but don't take everything at face value
Overall an okay experience. However, there's a couple of key things they got wrong. Their advert stated the electric car had done 45,000 miles when it had done 54,000. In their defence, on pointing out the error they adjusted the price by £200. In addition we were told the car had an 8 year/150,000 mile warranty. Our research showed that Hyundai warranty is only for 8 years and 100,000 miles. Again they admitted their mistake but this time did not adjust the price (we had already transferred the money). Both were significant mistakes. Am I bothered, well yes and no because ultimately I think we got a good car at a fair price.

Buying a new Hyundai Inster
I had a test drive in a Hyundai Inster at Southampton. My salesman, Bhadur Singh or Bhad's as he's known, was very helpful and friendly. He explained all the finance options without being pushy and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I was very happy to shake his hand at the end and look forward to taking my new car away at the end of March. Thank you Bhads!

Great customer service by Nix
We were dealt with by Nix, who was super-friendly and knowledgeable despite having only recently completed her training. We were very happy with the advice she gave, and the car we ended up buying. We'd recommend anyone to seek Nix out for their next car.

Meeting to discuss options for a new car
Had a great meeting with Bhadur Singh - Bhads - who was very knowledgeable and helpful, and a really nice guy. He answered all our questions and helped us to determine which options would suit our needs and our budget.
He then forwarded written confirmation of our options very promptly.
