Car was not ready to.pick up at agreed date/time.
Issue with road tax was not picked up by admin, car had to be taxed at post office which meant returning the following day to collect car.
Due to this hold up.i had to cancel an appointment arranged for the day after original pick up date.

Used this showroom to purchase a new car, couldn’t be happier the whole process was very easy and comfortable. Kept in phone contact and kept us updated with each process. Our sales person was Ibrahim and he was polite, professional and very helpful. Would definitely recommend the garage, but if the other sales people are as good ibrahim then your in for a pleasant experience.

Bryn worked very hard to find a vehicle at the price I wanted to pay. Sadly, it didn't work out (through no fault of his nor the company).
If you're looking for a car you could do a lot worse than speaking to Bryn at Richmond.

Car was late to pick up but the management team were very good in communicating this and later in the day I collected the car, this is the third car i have had with you guys so very happy overall

From the moment I walked into Richmond Southampton Bryn was personable and professional. On my initial visit to test drive a Tucson Bryn ensured I was well informed but without the pushy ‘sales man’ approach. He left me feeling a valued customer despite me still being unsure of my decision. Bryn called me mid week to ask how I felt things went and if he can help further. I asked him to call me in a week as I was aiming to try another similar vehicle at the weekend. Well, there was no comparison! So I went straight back to Richmond and was greeted by Bryns colleagues as he was on a day off. They were equally as accommodating and helpful, at no point did I feel pressured (like other dealerships I’d visited) and the whole experience was pleasant and personable.
I finished the day with a purchase of a 2024 Tucson!
Returning to complete the sale with Bryn was a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Went in to check out a vehicle size at Richmond in Southampton last weekend, I now have a very nice shiny new car outside the house. Ibrahim the young sales guy was very friendly, polite and a credit to himself and the dealership. We discussed all the different purchase options, but he was happy with my suggested options without being pushy for what may have been better for him. Professional service, I believe he’s quite new, but doing well his manager did speak to us last week too and was very helpful. Happy with the deal we agreed, he was very positive to let Ibrahim close the deal and do the handover today . Oh the car is very nice too.
