Booked my MG Zs car in at Farlington Branch to have my car looked at because the air con just switches off the minute you turn it up from setting 1, also my radio is forever disconnecting so can’t listen to no music in the car, it always says something is wrong with the battery (baring in mind I had a new battery a year ago from Richmond MG which cost me £244.88) I paid £306.00 to get this all sorted to then drive away…. two days later the Air Con doesn’t work, Radio doesn’t work and battery light flickers when I starts my engine up, I phone them straight up and the earliest they can get me in is the 4th September!! Baring in mind they only had it two days ago and I have paid for something that isn’t fixed! This is shocking Customer Service it does my head in, all you can get to speak to is a receptionist that doesn’t want to help you ask for the Manager and they can’t give him to you well I’m sorry what’s the point in having a manger if they don’t speak to customers!

Excellent service at Richmond MG Farlington very helpful and friendly staff including Natalia Karolewska, who has gone above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted and Daniel Tate, who’s professionalism with the car handover was exemplary. All round a great experience I am extremely happy with my purchase.
