Everything were smoothly processed from part exchange to collecting my new car. Excellent service

Dan Bullock was very helpful, friendly and transparent through the whole process. He helped secure me the ideal car for me and I couldn’t be happier.

Sarah the sales executive was very friendly and personable.

My advice however is when dealing with the garage make sure that you get a copy of all the documentation that you sign. Unfortunately this was not the case with me and I was left unaware that the reduction in the total amount due was as a result of management increasing the value of my part exchange and not taking the price of the new car down.

Through the lack of communication between management and the sales executive we lost out on £300. Which was only identified when we came to pay the balance and pick up the car. Nowhere in any of the paperwork that was sent to me did it state the invoice details.

Danny was very helpful and tried to resolve the situation but after two hours my excitement had gone, it did take the shine off the event.

I want to thank Sarah McCarthy for the fantastic and professional service. I am a long-distance customer and Sarah was super attentive, responsive and helpful with my enquiries. In the walkaround video she took, she pointed out all the "flaws" of the car I was interested in to make sure I am aware of these issues (instead of the typical car salesman who goes "This car is immaculate/ in pristine condition blah blah blah"). To be clear, there weren't that many flaws - just a few stone chips/ dents you'd expect from a used car. But I really appreciate this honesty - as a buyer, you always want to know any issues up front instead of afterwards.

Anyway, the whole process felt comfortable and I never got pushed to make a decision or pay for extra stuff.

Ultimately, my wife changed her mind and decided to buy a different car from another dealership. But in terms of customer experience, I actually felt happier working with Sarah than the dealership I eventually bought a car from. I almost feel bad I couldn't do business with them - but that's just because we liked a different car more than the one they had for sale, not because of the customer experience.

I might need to buy another car for myself in a few months. When the time comes, I wouldn't hesitate to approach this dealership again.
