Ik heb me per ongeluk aangemeld op de site van Rodeino. Toen ik me dit realiseerde had ik schijnbaar al een abonnement op hun site afgesloten. Maar na wat mailcontact over en weer werd het naar volledige tevredenheid opgelost.

Je me suis retrouvé abonné sans le vouloir, ou j’ai du passer par plusieurs mail pour confirmer ma résiliation qui ne faisait que ce décalé pour une raison que j’ignore. Mais le problème a était vite résolue grâce à l’équipe qui ont régler le problème dans le plus bref délai.

Total scam! Not advised there was a subscription, terms and conditions, sent only after payment was made. Different name on customer service contact and refund refused when I complained.
