I recently ordered accessories for my Tern bike.. I got amazing service from ridelev..

Fast.. reliable and above all the check-in call after the product delivery was amazing

I have no complaint about the customer service from this company but as for their courier service it is atrocious would not recommend unless you live close enough to collect

Picked up a 2021 KTM Macina Sprint from RideLEV, and I absolutely love it.

I’m 26 and had multiple knee operations which limited me to short flat rides. This bike has enabled me to ride further, and not avoid hills!

Fantastic advice, service and kept me in the loop while being built etc.

If you want to get yourself an Ebike don’t hesitate!

Good service and speed of delivery

I couldn’t be more impressed by the customer service I received from Ride LEV. The team remembered the item I was looking for and called me as soon as it came into stock. There were some challenges with the delivery (down to the courier) and the team went above and beyond to make sure I had my item as promised. Exemplary.

Moved mountains to help locate our various requested products, which we couldn’t find anywhere in the UK. Ed was fantastic. Ultra responsive. And on WhatsApp, perfect! No hesitation in recommending, I will be buying all my bike gear here in future.

I ordered a market basket but there was a problem with the supplies Ed from Ride LEV notified me of this money back or wait I opted to wait It has now arrived and is a very good Basket well worth the wait

Great communication and service throughout the delivery process

Great service and communication. I ordered the Tern Market Basket and Hold 'Em basket for my Tern Vektron and was kept up to date with when the stock would arrive by a phone call and follow us WhatsApp messages which was great! My items arrived well packaged in a good strong box. Really friendly team and I would recommend Ride LEV and would definitely use them again.

I got my bike from Ride LEV through a cycle scheme. From start to finish, the buying process was smooth and easy and I was kept well informed throughout. My bike developed a fault a couple of weeks after I got it and Ed went above and beyond to get it replaced with no fuss, and then set up and delivered the same week. Absolutely brilliant service from a company that really cares about customer experience.

I am very impressed with RideLEV, I ordered on line and the light that I had ordered was out of stock, they then discovered that it had been discontinued and on discussing my needs sent me a link for an alternative headlight, I wasn't sure about the new alternative until it arrived, it's brilliant, probably better than what I originally wanted! It makes me think that they only stock good quality products! RideLEV also ensured it was delivered quickly as it was for my hubby's birthday. Great communication throughout, 5 stars customer service and 5 star product. I 100% recommend!
