I found the scooter I wanted on the Ride Lev website. I was very happy to see that they offered different payment methods as I wanted to pay with Laybuy as it is six in interest free payments. When I saw that the delivery was up to 30 days I was concerned as I needed the scooter in less than a week. I looked on here for customer reviews and everyone was saying how fantastic the service was and fast delivery. Many mentioned WhatsApp messages from Ed. So I sent him a message even though it was during the night on a Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised to wake up the next morning at 6am with a reply from Ed saying that it was in stock and it would be despatched first thing on Monday. Now its Tuesday afternoon and my daughter has her scooter. Ihighly recommend this company as it was such a lovely online shopping experience. Ed was absolutely amazing letting me know what was happening step by step. With extremely fast responses to my messages even on a Sunday. I am definitely considering buying myself a scooter soon from Ride Lev. This has to be my best ever online shopping experience. It was nice having that personal touch which you don't get from the big companies.

What fantastic service! I ordered a swifty scooter via WhatsApp after having been referred by a friend who also had an amazing experience with Ride. I dealt with Ed and got the scooter I wanted within the week, delivery to my door! It was seamless and Ed answered all my questions about warranty and customer service assuring me that the service was continual and that if I had any issues to reach out at any time to get it sorted. One small part of my order was not right so they sent me a replacement within the week again absolutely no hassle.

It’s rare to find a company that you know has such good and fast customer service and care and it was a pleasure ordering from them and I will do so again! Thank you!

The service has been excellent from Ed and the team at Ride LEV. I ordered the Tern Vectron S10 which was very competitively priced and had a call with Ed before buying it where he explained all the features of the bike and the timeframe for ordering. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. I placed the order on a Thursday and the bike arrived on the Monday so that was great & super quick! Ride Lev arranged for an engineer to come to my house and set the bike up, all included in the original purchase, which made it all very hassle free for me. Delighted with the bike and the experience & support has been excellent, thank you!

I placed my order on-line and got an enthusiastic phone call from Ed to confirm and explain that the stock was in transit and would be with me in the timescale I needed it by. He kept me informed throughout and I got the product I wanted in time for my wife’s birthday.

Delivery of Eovolt Confort folding electric bike. Lev bike were very helpful throughout the process. When the payment going through hit a snag they kept in touch and sorted it out. Likewise they kept in touch tomake sure delivery was running smoothly. I would thoroughly recommend their service.

I first came into contact with Ride LEV in Sept 2020 when I made a preorder for a Swifty Scooter Electric Kit.

Ed was really good to deal with, he kept me informed of progress every step of the way. Due to covid the goods didn’t arrive at the super until January 2021, so it was about 4 months of regular contact and customer service. It was a great experience the whole time. Great pricing, delivery and service. What more can you ask for?

The experience buying from LEV was first class, I highly recommend that you give them a go, you won’t buy your light electric vehicles anywhere else again!

Dealt with Ed after losing faith with other scooter suppliers it was refreshing to deal with someone who actually cared! Subsequently his customer service was exceptional. Even connecting me with a contact who may fix my son hover board too! Advised us honestly and expertly too. Restored some faith in customer service and Christmas spirit too.
