If you want a conveyancer to ask why you are selling it for more than you bought it for
OR
If you want to change the colours on a plan
OR
If you want your conveyancer to be more concerned with a planning application outside the boundary of what is for sale.
OR
If you want a conveyancer that rejects information provided to them on more than one occasion, only for the information provided to them in the first place to be correct.

Then These are the people to go to....
The first point any good conveyancer/solicitor does is check the boundaries as these will take the longest to sort out.
Oh No Not Ashley Sowerby at Ridley & Hall she checks everything else first such as the important things like the outline colours on the plan.
I pity anyone that uses their services..

Great and honest advice from Sarah Young

I got in touch with Ridley and Hall to discuss a financial and emotional abuse case, and Sarah - who really seems to care about financial abuse victims - gave a very realistic (even if bleak) perspective on what is likely to happen if I push forward with a case. My impression is that she is very much in it to get the best outcome for victims. This possibly saved me years of lifetime and tons of money. The least I can do is to leave Sarah a positive review.
