Achat à Eviter. J'achète chez Rieker depuis des années. 1er achat online et premier problème.
Aucune solution trouvé par le SAV si ce n'est un retour de chaussures trop grandes. Très déçue. Aucun geste commercial

Nu pieds nouvelle collection achetées le 5 avril 2025, portées 3 fois, la lanière est déjà cassée. Très mécontente. Qualité médiocre. On va me les échanger mais vu le manque de solidité, j'ai bien peur qu'elles recassent. J'aurais préféré un remboursement

Ich hatte im
letzten Jahr ein paar Rieker Sneaker gekauft und genau 2x getragen - am letzten Sonntag ist der Schuh an der Seite ausgebrochen - siehe Foto‘s. Diese habe ich gleich am Montag an Rieker gesandt und gefragt ob Reparatur oder Ersatz durch Hersteller möglich wäre. Rieker fühlt sich als Hersteller nicht zuständig und verweist mich an Verkäufer….- Kaufbeleg habe ich leider nicht mehr. Sehr bedauerlich, dass ein Markenschuh nach 2x Tragen weggeworfen werden muss.

Im Winter 23/24 warm gefütterte Schuhe gekauft und maximal 5x getragen. Es löst sich die Sohle vom gesamten Schuh... Ich hoffe ich kann da mit Sekundenkleber noch was retten. Habe noch nie so qualitativ schlechte Schuhe erlebt.

I bought a pair of mens Nordic walking boots which were worn once and the PU coating has torn when it interacted with a table leg. I would not recommend this product as they are no longer water proof and cannot be repaired. Not fit for purpose or as advertised

Sehr schöne, bequeme Winterschuhe gekauft, allerdings war nach 3 Monaten die Beschichtung rissig. Auf Rückfrage bei Rieker wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man mir nicht helfen könne. Sehr enttäuschend.

Une honte. Chaussures jolies mais ça s’arrête là. Achetées début novembre 2024, le faux cuir commence à craqueler après 1 mois, et malgré une tentative pour l’entretenir il finit par s’écailler par lambeaux, et le ponpon arrive fin mars avec la semelle qui se décolle.
90 balles. Sérieusement ?!

Stiefeletten warm gefüttert, blau, optisch wunderschön...
Nach dem 2.Winter, nicht so häufig getragen, Farbe löst sich an drei Stellen. Zudem hat sich auch die Sohle über eine Länge von 10 cm gelöst, so dass Wasser/Schnee eindringt.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!

Leider grottenschlechte Qualität. Ein paar Monate alt und die Sohle löst sich. Auch das Leder spaltet sich und blättert ab.
Das war früher mal anders. Mal sehen, ob die Reklamation angenommen wird.....

I bought a pair Rieker Fabrizia black boots on the 18th October 2023 for £95.10, in January 2024, I noticed that the sole around the boot had come loose. I contacted Elphicks the store I purchased the boots from. To be fair they dealt with the issue very quickly and I received a replacement pair of boots a couple of weeks later. Bearing in mind that these I winter boots I did not wear them for very long, I got them back out in October and wore them on & off until end of February when I noticed that both heals on the boots were unstable and letting water into the boot. When I check under the inside sole I noticed that both heals had completely collapsed. I took these back to Elphicks, the Rieker Manager told me that she had not seen this happen before. She was going to get in touch with her Rieker Headquarters to see what could be done. She called me back after a couple of days to inform me that nothing could be done, she said that because I was wearing the boots all the time it had caused the issue. I was told that you should not wear the same shoe more that 2 days in a row as the bacteria of your feet causes the shoe to disintegrate. What a lot of rubbish, why sell a boot that you can't wear every day. Where is it stated that you should not wear the boot/shoe more than 2 days?? I have taken these to a cobbler to get they opinion I have been told by 2 off these, that the issue is not wearing them more than 2 days in a row but the cheap lightweight material they use in their boots/shoes which causes the issue. I would not expect that from an expensive boot these are not cheap! I have got cheaper boots I bought which I had for years and still wearing these today.
I used to love my Rieker boots/shoes but can not recommend Rieker to anyone anymore. Very disappointed with their poor response and excuses. I am German living in the UK, I embarrassed that this is a German Company.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Rieker Winterschuhe bei Deichmann zum Black Friday gekauft. Jetzt im März löst sich die Sohle komplett ab. Ich bringe die Schuhe morgen zurück ins Geschäft. Bin Gespannt wie Deichmann mit der Reklamation umgeht. Jedenfalls kaufen wir keine Rieker Schuhe mehr.

Acheter une paire de chaussures montantes en Novembre 2024. Mars 2025 tour de la chaussure qui se décolle (les deux) vraiment de la daube... y as t'il des garanties ?

Had a pair of boots brought for me by a ex partner, loved there boots and buy a pair every year, different ones, love thes boots, went to clean them last night and noticed some of the leather peeling off, so seeing as they aren't cheap boots I wrote to customer service of reiker and there answer was because I dont have a receipt they don't care, I didn't want the money back I would have loved another pair of boots, but nope I was told they can't do nothing, I find this disgusting as leather should not peel off of boots and it's not like you can get fake reiker boots so only 1 place they did come from, very very disappointed customer and will not be buying from them again, or get gifted from people again from this company

Secondo paio di scarpe. Belle , comode ma purtroppo si rompono a breve. Primo paio si è scuccito dopo seconda volta che sono state indossate. Ho provato cambiare il paio. Non è servito perché anche secondo paio si è subito scucciti.
Anno scorso d'estate ho comprato altro paio di remonte da ginnastica. Un disastro. Premessa. Usate pochissimo perché nel fra tempo e arrivato inverno. Adesso ho provato a rimettere le scarpe e ho avuto una brutta sorpresa. Le suole si sono spaccate in due. Letteralmente. 90 euro buttate via. Non hanno durato nemmeno un anno. Sconsiglio pienamente.

Chaussures achetées il y a 4 mois pour 100eu a Crest : la semelle se décolle devant, je recolle, ça se décolle ailleurs, je recolle encore , cette fois ça se décolle partout ailleurs et déchirures de couture sur le cuir et la joncion semelle. Résultat : de la très grosse daube vendue très cher, alors que je l'ai acheté dans un magasin spécialisé chaussure qui m'a vanté cette marque. La honte totale.

Super-bequemer Schuh vom ersten Schritt an ...
Leider riss nach 13 Monaten der Reißverschluss, eindeutig ein Materialfehler.
Das Schuhhaus hätte meine Reklamation nur 12 Monate entgegen genommen.
Rieker selbst lehnt ein Entgegenkommen mit dem Endverbraucher ab, obgleich sie im Internet mit 2 Jahren Garantie werben.
Schade ! War mein erster und letzter Rieker-Schuh, andere Marken haben auch hübsche und bequeme Modelle 😉

Ende November 24 haben wir Herrenwinterschuhe gekauft….nach zweieinhalb Monaten löst sich der Schuh auf!

The experience itself with the company and the customer service was great. They stood behind their product warranty and gave me a full refund for my boots. I wore them maybe 10 to 12 times. Very comfortable, ankle boots with small zippers on both inside and outside of each boot. The right outside zipper started opening on its own only after 4 months of me having these boots. I absolutely loved them for their looks and comfort. It is a real shame that they damaged so easily but it won't deter me from buying a different pair of boots from them as I am certain this was a small quality issue.

Der Kundenservice lässt zu wünschen übrig! Nach einer Saison ist die Sohle gebrochen! Keinerlei Entgegenkommen der Fa.Rieker

I like their shoes, they fit my wider feet.
Which is great. However, I must say the customer service is so bad.
At this store located in Ottawa some staff are unfriendly, no smiling, and not helpful. Their attitude makes me to determin 'not today...'
Online store? Worse. They even don't answer my question sent via onlinestore. Which is quite rare for online stores. Very odd.. I'm sure they are loosing customers!
