Købte rieker sandaler for ca 10 år siden og yderligere et par for ca 5 år siden. De er så behagelige, jeg går næsten ikke i andet hele sommeren, og de er stadig så gode som nye. Senest har jeg anskaffet et par sko uden snørebånd, de glider lige på og følger fodens bevægelser også i hælen, hvor andre jeg prøvede slap. Ellers plejede jeg at købe Ecco, men er nu helt gået over til rieker.

Au bout d'une semaine, semelle intérieure affaissée. On sent la structure très inconfortable. Conséquence douleur à la hanche...

Nice, comfy, and good material... But if they last for more than month you're lucky.
Bought summer shoes.. sole starting to fall apart after 2 days.. Returned got another .same problem on other shoe .. returned got another one..3 times I wore them for 1 hour altogether... String (not shoe lace ) torn off.. just returned Ang got money back.. I don't trust the. Build quality no matter how nice the materials are

The Rieker shoes (Oxfords) I purchased a year ago and wore for no more than a month in Poland (as I bought them out of season) have become damaged. A hole appeared between the upper and the sole, but the manufacturer claimed that a complaint made twelve months after purchase is unfounded. I will never buy shoes from this brand again, neither for myself nor for anyone in my family. I do not recommend it!

Suite à l'achat d'une paire de riecker à Grenoble centre ville, elle ont commencé à s'abîmer en même pas une semaine d'utilisation.
Défaut de fabrication ou produit médiocre?
Le vendeur n'a rien voulu entendre, pas de remboursement, pas d'échange, pas d'écoute.
Juste là pour vendre son stock sans chercher de solution, et vous dire que c'est normal.
J'appelle ça du "prêt à jetter"!
Je ne cache pas ma déception.
C'est bien trop cher pour une qualité qui n'est pas au rdv.
A éviter absolument.

I bought a pair of Reiker light summer shoes from the Reiker retail outlet at Market Harborough, tried them on in the shop and all felt good. I went out in them later the same day and something immediately felt wrong, I could feel the contours of the sole under my foot, I took the shoes off straight away and felt inside the shoe. Through the thin foam insole I could feel indentations on the inside of the sole. I peeled back the thin insole and could see the sole with manufacturing holes and ribs. These shoes are incomplete. The staff at the shop said that that is how they are made and as I had worn them outside they would not refund or replace them. I argued that they were defective and not fit for sale and was offered an even thinner insole to help. I also bought two other pairs of Reiker summer shoes at the same time and they clearly have another manufactured layer between the outside sole and the foam insole. I have been a long time customer of reiker shoes, not any more. Photos available on request

Billige, sehr stinkige China Ware, teuer verkauft! Ein Stern ist sogar viel, zuviel!Das ganze hat mit Rieker nichts zu tun! Werner Mode Berlin kommt direkt aus China.

I have owned these shoes exactly 1 month. The finish at the back is wearing off, & the lining is in tatters.
Am in the process of trying to get this resolved. These are exceptionally comfortable shoes, & I don't want my money back, just want them fixed.

Ich habe Schuhe mit fester Sohle gekauft. Mai 24
Leider sind die Schuhe kaputt. Gerne getragen, aber natürlich nur im Frühjahr und Herbst.
Jetzt ist auf beiden Seiten die Sohle gebrochen.
Rieker sagt ich soll an Verkäufer gehen, die Sagen nur sind halt getragen 😁

Ich Trage seit Jahren Rieker Schuhe weil ich sie sehr bequem finde. Jedoch ist für den Preis die Qualität nicht gut. Meine neuen Slipper aus dem Jahr 2025 sind leider sehr hart und unbequem. Leider gibt der Markt nicht mehr viel her. Fusskleidung hat auch Schuhe für den Preis jedoch ist die Sohle auch nach 7 Monaten durch.

Da hat jeder Discounter einen höheren Qualitätssnspruch
55,95 für ein paar schlappen die nicht mal ein Jahr halten weil ein Hauch von Gummisohle verarbeitet wurde.
Dünner geht kaum daher schon kaputt bzw zu Hause durchgelaufen!
Daher mit Vorsatz minderwertige schuhe hergestellt

The designs are better but the longevity of the product is no more!!

I bought Rieker winter boots last winter and sandals this spring for work. They’re so comfortable, durable, lightweight, and have great quality and style—which I really like. I bought them from their store. Highly recommended!

WOW, I was surprised at the negative reviews. I just purchased my first pair of Rieker sandals. They are very comfortable and will be wearing them today on my cross country flight. I'll update in a couple of weeks after vacation, but I purchased these for the comfort, reputation, and quality of product.

Rieker wird langsam unmöglich

habe angeblich neue Schuhe erhalten. Waren aber schon getrennt. Der Karton schon sehr verschlissen. Da hatten schon etliche die Schuhe probiert. Waren nicht zufrieden und ich auch nicht. Rücksendung ist aber nicht so einfach. Normalerweise liegt ein Rücksendeaufkleber dabei. Hier müsste man sich erst durcharbeiten. Also ehrlich: nein danke, nie wieder Rieker

Purchased sandals from this company and the buckles failed after being worn for less than a week.
The sandals appeared to be leather but upon examining them they appeared to be some form of cheap synthetic. Contacted Rieker customer service and they would do nothing to replace them.
Cheaply made product at premium prices and they won't even stand behind the product.

À la veille d'un voyage à l'étranger début décembre 2024, ne trouvant pas de chaussures de marche urbaine d'une marque dont j'ai l'habitude, c'est séduit par des informations qui annonçaient un produit de qualité, que je me suis procuré ma première paire de chaussure Reiker. Cinq (5) mois après un usage raisonnable, voilà que la semelle d'un soulier initialement fort confortable se retrouve totalement aplatie et même percée pour la chaussure droite. Le magasin, à l'enseigne de la marque, où je suis récemment retourné, n'avait aucune semelle de rechange à me proposer. Bien dommage, mais il s'agira de la seule et dernière paire de souliers de la marque dont j'aurai fait l'achat. Après le charme, la déception.

Recently bought a pair of Rieker winter boots that completely fell apart, defectively made according to our local shoe repairman . I’ve never had this happen before! . Soles separated. Contacted retail owner with receipt and issue twice . Contacted Rieker Canada . They emailed me and told me to go back to the retailer . Complete back and forth with no one concerned about standing behind their product . Packed up the boots and sent to nearest Rieker store in Paris , Ontario . I wanted them to see what happened to the boots . They called to say they couldn’t do anything, call Rieker again . To no avail , not in their policy , lol . I explained Ive purchased and owned several pairs of Rieker’s but no more ! I will not be shopping at the Meaford Shoe Tree & will never buy or endorse Rieker again ! A complete customer service failure .

J achète RIEKER depuis des années. Je conseille meme la marque à mes amies... MAIS que s est il passé ? Mes dernières chaussures sont trouées: la semelle, après avoir taché nombre de sols, a un trou. Je regarde les avis, majoritairement négatifs. Je pose donc la question : que s est il passé? Sous-traitance? Économie sur les matériaux ? Il faut vite changer de politique. Sauvez cette marque si confortable!
