I have bought Reiker trainers for a few years but the pair I bought this year have very substandard soles. After 4 months they are worn through. On contacting Reiker they told me to return them to the shop I bought them from. The shop contacted Reiker who told them it was excessive wear. I’m a 70 year old woman and used them for walking. The shop is kindly replacing my shoes at their own cost. This is disgraceful customer service. I shall avoid Reiker in future.

Très déçu : chaussures de mauvaise qualité, déjà décousues sur le côté après seulement 2 mois d’usage.

very poor quality, everything just falls apart, for almost 100€

J'aurais bien aimé essayer leurs chaussures elles sont tellement belles sur leur site. Mais je vais continuer à magasiner ailleurs vu qu'ils ne tiennent aucune chaussures plus petite que 6 (ou 36).
Décevant.

Nach ca. 10 mal tragen.
1. Gummi gerissen
2. Naht von Fersenschnalle löst sich auf.
Aktuell nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

I bought "leather" Rieker winter casual shoes.....they were not cheap. The "leather" upper is a thin film of leather badly glued to some sort of synthetic material.
After a few wears the"leather" is coming away from its base, peeling back on an unsightly way.
Don't buy this brand. They are completely rubbish. K Mart sells better quality for 10% of what I paid.
The retailer didn't want to know.

Désespéant. Tres auvaise qualité.

Habe Ende März bei der Firma Deichmann ein paar Rieker Halbschuhe gekauft im Wert von 69.95€. Leider färbt der Schuh an der schwarzen Innensohle bei weißen Strümpfen extrem ab. ( Bei dunklen Strümpfen sieht man es nicht) Habe bei Firma Deichmann Ende August in der Filiale mein Problem geschildert, da bekam ich die Antwort, Sie verkaufen nur den Schuh. ( waren aber so kulant und haben mir eine braune Sohle dazu gegeben. Bei eine fest eingenähten Innensohle weiß ich trotzdem noch nicht ob ich diese verwenden kann) Bei Firma Rieker danach Ende August mein Problem geschildert, leider keine gute Nachricht ( Euch diese Firma fühlt sich nicht verantwortlich)

Im Winter 2022 habe ich mir tolle Boots gekauft. Sie sind super bequem...aber Ende 2024 im Winter oder Anfang 2025 hat sich die Sohle abgelöst. Total schade und sollte eigentlich länger halten...

If only I'd read the reviews! So disappointing! I bought some sandals on 12th April and replaced them on 7th May because the sole went when they got wet. I've wasted £130 because the same happened again. It's a disgrace that they are allowed to trade in UK with such defective shoes. Appalled!!! Never again!!!

Am cumpărat recent o pereche de adidași pe bej cu talpa înaltă costa 65 de euro ,credeam ca e calitatea bună,ce sa vezi 3 ore încălțați și deja durere în tălpi,deoarece talpiciu e de cea mai proasta calitatea.Se vad gaurile din suportul tălpi.Am sa atașez pe rețelele de socializare sa vadă și lumea sa știe din timp sa u mai achiziționeze.

Habe mir vor 3 Monaten einen Rieker Halbschuh gekauft aus sehr weichen Material in lindgruen. Die Schuhe haben mir auf Anhieb gefallen und sind sehr bequem. Leider platzt jetzt schon die grüne Farbe ab und ich könnte sie jetzt schon entsorgen. Ich kaufe keine Schuhe mehr von Rieker, da die Qualität schlecht ist. Bin jetzt zum 3. Mal auf Rieker reingefallen. Jetzt ist Schluss 🤨

It truly is sad to see what became of my most beloved shoebrand... they used to be a worthy investment to have comfy and stylish shoes for at least a year, now they just suck. I bought one pair that lost the sole just 20 days after the purchase. The second try after a year i made sure the new ones had the sole stitched on. This time it didn't fall of but after 1.5 months the sole was so worn down that i startet to collect stones inside the chamers under the sole. So walking with little maracas on your feet...nice. I will buy them again once they (hopefully) regain the high quality standart they used to have. Until then...better stay off

Als treue Kundin habe ich diesen Sommer einen Rieker Evolution Sneaker high beige gekauft der extrem rutschig bei feuchtem und nassen Boden ist! Nach einem Hinweis und Reklamation bei der Firma. ..geschah gar nichts! Sehr enttäuschend...

Ich kann eigentlich nichts Negatives über die Schuhe von Rieker berichten. Ich habe 2 Paar Sommerschuhe schon seit einigen Jahren. Gut, ich trage die nicht so oft, aber das Material macht noch einen guten Eindruck.
Und das Design finde ich gut.

Got this pair of sandals as a gift a couple of years ago, wore them about 4-5 times only, i have brought them on vacation and I could not wear them (both toe posts cracked). I brought them to a shoe maker and told me it would cost me over $100 to repair, the whole cork part had to be removed from the sole ... in essence a big job.
I contacted reikers and basically told me they cannot do much except give me a discount on my next pair.
These shoes are expensive and of bad quality, they break and you have barely worn them.
DONT BUY THEM!!!
THERE IS BETTER OUT THERE!!

This is my 3rd summer with Reiker white trainer shoes, having had a slightly different style each year. I love the look and the comfort of these shoes, and wear them to work, a desk job, as a smarter summer trainer shoe. There is no need to 'break them in' and they are wearable from day 1 and none of these pairs have caused my feet any discomfort at all.
HOWEVER, the soles on each pair of these shoes have not been built to last. After a couple of months wear, every sole has either worn down or has split across the width of the bottom of the shoe, my current pair, split in 2 places on each shoe. These trainer shoes are not particularly cheap, so it is very disappointing, and frustrating, that there is basically only a couple of months wear in these shoes, and whilst the tops are still looking good, the shoes are no longer wearable because they have broken soles, and this particularly year, I haven't even got a summer out of them, and have to replace them, mid August!
Reiker, get some decent soles on your trainers and build them to last!!

Chez rieker on vend des chaussures espagnoles qui n'ont rien à voir avec la marque mais au prix de la marque. Chaussures que l'on trouve moitié prix ailleurs.
Une arnaque évidemment !

I purchased sandals from Rieker Canada online. They did not fit so I returned them, immediately. Rieker acknowledged that they received the shoes and would process a refund within 10 days.

I emailed 3 times to ask about the refund since it had been more than the 10 days. Not one of my emails were answered.
I called their office and spoke to 2 very rude individuals about my problem since it was getting up to 21 days and still no refund. Neither of these ladies were able to help in any way and so I asked to speak to someone in the finance dept. The woman actually said “the accountant will not speak you”

I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service.
It is now going on a month and still no refund.

I used to buy Rieker shoes quite often but after this experience I will never buy them again.
