Terrible customer service, rented a property with them from 2023-2024. The landlords didn't have the required HMO license to let out the property to 4 people. They were extremely slow when we had several issues, the dryer didn't work and it took them over 2 weeks to fix it, when the toilet stopped working it took them close to a week to fix it and we had multiple leaks also. Furthermore they tried to take most of our deposit unfairly but we made a case with the deposit agency and were able to get the vast majority of the deposit back. Also we initially got given the wrong keys and had to wait multiple hours to get the correct ones. I really wouldn't reccomend these guys.

The final pressure to sign the contract without even checking if the agency exists seems suspicious. I really didn't sign because of the pressure and the lack of respect for telling me I wasn't serious.By not giving in to the pressure of signing the contract, bothering me during working hours, I really lacked some professionalism.
