Missed my delivery of meds by 2mins, called straight away, 2 hours later and constantly getting message that there are no available agents at this time. The delivery driver normally calls me but this is the 2nd day they have tried to deliver meds without calling me. Not sure if new driver but he is just being lazy putting a card through door without calling. I am always close by. If they would have answered their call straight away the driver was probably still in the area and could have came back. Seriously thinking of cancelling this service.

Quick and reasonably priced

This company sits on your request and still manages to send out an incomplete prescription which means you may miss a dose. I stayed with them for 3 months and they failed to deliver on time for all 3 times. I rang to complain and told them they would no longer be used for my prescription service and they conveniently retaliated by telling me that due to costs they were unable to continue their service to me.

I chose rightsose to make my prescription requests less hassle and more convenient. Instead, they increased my stress and caused me great anxiety.

Disgraceful to be honest. Should not operate unless they are up to it.

I’ve been consistently disappointed with the delivery service from Right Dose Pharmacy. My medication always arrives late, leaving me without a supply for circa half a day.

An example of this would be today. My previous cycle finished on 7th September. I have medications that I take in the morning (7:30am), noon & evening. They sent my box out too late meaning I wasn’t able to take my morning medication until 2pm today.

It’s crucial to receive medication on time, especially when it’s supposed to arrive at least 5 days before the current cycle ends. I will be reaching out to customer services to voice my concerns and raise a formal complaint.

Right Dose Pharmacy needs to improve its delivery times to ensure patients/customers like me never face a medication shortage.

Why do you not send out a patient’s prescription to them early?!
