Cheap LAX parking but slow shuttle
Booked a spot at Rightway Parking for a week near LAX and the lot guy was friendly and helped me get my bags into the shuttle. Price was way better than the garage at the airport and my car was fine when I got back. Only thing is I waited about 25 minutes for the shuttle on the return trip. Still would use them again for the savings.

Misleading Pricing and Hidden $40 Minivan Surcharge
I am extremely disappointed with Park N Boston's misleading pricing practices. I booked my parking based on the advertised rate, only to be charged an additional $40 because my vehicle is classified as a "van." On their website they classify over size vehicles as "van". They say nothing about "minivan" I have a Toyota Siena minivan.
Apparently, this extra charge is buried in the detailed terms, where customers are unlikely to notice it unless they carefully read every line. This is completely unacceptable.
If minivans cost an additional $40, that information should be clearly and prominently displayed during the booking process, not tucked away in the fine print. Customers should know the actual price before making a reservation.
This feels like a bait-and-switch pricing tactic, especially when travelers arrive expecting to pay the price they were originally quoted and have little choice but to accept the additional charge.
I am requesting a refund of the unexpected $40 surcharge and strongly urge Park N Boston to make its vehicle-related fees transparent and clearly visible before customers complete their reservations.
I would not recommend this parking service to anyone without warning them to carefully inspect every detail for unexpected charges.

Administrative side is weak
Logged into account, thrown into circles, chat service does not connect you to anyone and phone support is not available on weekends. Customer service states replies to emails in five to ten days. Onsite staff is terrific, website and administrative side are poor.
