Easy to use the site

Easy to use the site, and I used the chat to ask Customer Service some questions. Only took a few minutes to get my reservation completed.

A lot of information and a bit…

A lot of information and a bit confusing. I received a long confirmation which I printed and then saw one in my junk mail. I deleted it and now believe it may have had a parking tag to put on my dash. Hope the hotel has one for me!!!!

You are screwed if you want a refund

I canceled my reservation 1 wk before the actual date, sent them an email and f/u with a phone call. I person stated i would receive my refund check in a week since i booked over 5 months ago, instead of cc refund. Went on a 2.5 wks vacation, came back still no refund check. Called and or email again. Now this person stated the check goes out monthly wait 2 more wks. Felt i was being strung along. TOOK 6 wks to receive a refund. Will never reserve parking spot with them again (Not hassle free whatsoever ) And i have used then 3x before.
