Alles bestens, schneller Versand. Farben sind allerdings überwiegend gedeckt. Mehr Rottöne wären super. Oden man könnte wählen zwischen: farben für männliche oder weibliche Kleidung.

Product description did not match delivery (180 vs 170 gsm)
I ordered 80 m of Burlington fabric advertised as 180 gsm, with no tolerance stated on the product page. The rolls I received carry the manufacturer's own factory label reading 170 gsm: a 5.56% lower weight than advertised.
I asked for a proportionate price reduction (I am keeping the fabric). The seller refused, invoking a "5% manufacturing tolerance". In my view, a B2B industrial tolerance that is not disclosed before purchase cannot be applied to a retail consumer who was shown a firm "180 gsm" figure.
A product the factory itself labels 170 gsm, sold under a 180 gsm listing, is not a tolerance issue, it simply does not match what was advertised. Worth double-checking specs before ordering here if exact grammage matters to you.

J'ai commandé des échantillons dont le tissu référence R486111.
Ils m'ont envoyé la mauvaise référence (R496212).
J'ai recu cette mauvaise référence notée comme étant la R486111 et je l'ai sélectionnée pour mon projet et j'ai donc passé commande (commande numéro #503562).
À réception des 3m de tissu je me rend compte qu'il y a un problème car ça ne correspond pas avec l'échantillon que j'avais reçu (l'échantillon était plus épais, plus texturé et légèrement moins clair).
Je leur ai envoyé des messages par mail et ils m'ont renvoyé la bonne référence par la suite.

De geleverde materialen zijn super, de levering ook.
Helaas was een product niet (volledig) aanwezig en werd er zonder creditnota geld teruggestort.
In de toekomst zal ik daarom alleen op rekening bestellingen doen. ik hoop dat dit mogelijk is.

Bedankt voor je fijne feedback over de materialen en de levering goed om te horen dat je daar tevreden over bent.
Wij werken met een ordersysteem op onze website. Wanneer er na het plaatsen van een bestelling blijkt dat een artikel niet volledig op voorraad is, passen wij de bestelling hierop aan.
In jouw geval was de bestelling al betaald via iDEAL. Het niet-geleverde deel is daarom direct aan je teruggestort. Voor de 450 meter die wél op voorraad was, is een aangepaste factuur opgesteld. Het teveel betaalde bedrag via iDEAL kun je hiermee verrekenen met de terugbetaling.
