Scammers
They Automatically sign you up for a subscription based service after the initial small fee for the transcription. They also don't make it immediately obvious. They then make it as difficult as possible to cancel it. You can't simply cancel it from your account management page on their site, you have to send an email from your address registered on the account that is in the form that they suggest - which they will then ignore, and bill you for the subscription anyway. Beware of this incredibly dodgy business model.

We reviewed your session and did not find any technical issues with the processing. The audio was transcribed successfully, and the content was captured correctly.
Please note that the number of pages is not always a reliable indicator of how much audio has been transcribed. Factors such as speaking pace, pauses, repetitions, formatting, and the amount of actual spoken content can significantly affect the final document length. A 1.5-hour recording does not necessarily translate into a large number of text pages.
