Order apparently sitting with yodel since 26th Nov. Not moving and response from seller always automated. Probably a scam so don't buy!!!!!

Delivery When????? Have waited forever to get a notification of courier and then I have been told it’s going to be delivered everyday since approx 24th November, still waiting for yodel to deliver can’t say from now reading review I’m expecting much from this supplier

Items looked lovely on web site. Ordered and took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. The items are nice but it's costume jewellery at a high price. Wouldn't use again due to long wait for delivery and could buy items just as nice and cheaper on the high street.

Extremely poor quality, waited weeks for earrings which arrived with the stalks bent and the backs unable to fit on to the stocks. No return information or order number so have contacted them for return information. Absolutely not worth the money, trashy

Would give zero star if I can.
They squeezed all the items in a small box and made the earrings needles bend like a curve, the necklaces looks very low price material and the rings as well. Would recommend interested customers have a look in Shein first as they come with the package 99% similar to those sell in Shein with less 10% of their price.
Would not recommend it.

I bought earrings because they not only looked pretty but because I have had trouble finding earrings that don't irritate myvears fo some reason as I have got older it has become an issue. Also I love the clasp I had a pair with this clasp when I was a child. They arrived promptly and I put them in and it's amazing in that they have not caused me a problem. Very pretty and I have had lots of compliments

The items are shoddy and nothing like they advertise. I managed to get refund from paypal. Please steer clear these earings cost £17.00 and are worth nothing more than 99p.

Slow delivery. Product poor quality, not like image on website.

Ordered earings from this company and these where ones that are off shein.

Waited nearly month with generic responses to my enquiries. When earrings delivered they have no way of attaching to the ears and not even a pair,both different designs! Just looked them up on amazon and the exact company is selling for £5 which is a lot less than i paid, I bought direct thinking they're better quality but how wrong I was. Company are refusing to refund for unusable jewellery. Beware.

Received goods later than initially advised. Very disappointed with quality. They look like gifts from a Christmas cracker. Ordered silver got gold. Definitely not worth what they are charging. Not even sure there is a returns policy for incorrect deliveries. Will chalk this to a bad experience annd anvoid buying stuff from fb. Avoid!!!

Do not purchase from this company, I did and they sent the wrong item. I am currently having a battle to try and get the correct item sent but all they want to do is give me a 10% off voucher. Disgusting service!!!!

Please Don’t be fooled by the advertising. It’s just utter cheap rubbish. They couldn’t even get my order right!! Two pairs of gold earrings when I ordered gold and silver ! Badly packaged too. The necklace was tangled up! Earrings are on a piece of card in plastic sleeve saying made in china. Dont waste your money . Utter rip off! Cheap costume jewellery. I could not give these as Christmas present s !!
Update…
They first responded to my complaint by giving me a discount on my next purchase! . I obviously rejected that and now All they have offered is a code to buy something else from them as a refund! That is Not a refund and as I refuse to take delivery of any other tat they think I need in my life they have won! Avoid this company at all costs.

Before you order look on Shein
I bought some earrings £19 and they were 75p on Shein. Good job my friends hadn't placed an order as yet
If you hadn't been such a lazy salesperson and packaged the earrings in the box instead of leaving them on the earring card in plastic I would never have known
Note to you, you obviously tell a good tale on your website so now back it up with decent packaging, customers would have more respect for your lies !
I will now report company to U.K. trading standards !

Order weeks again messaged them we had not received the item, told they had lost the items and that they would send it out again. Gave us the same tracking number still nothing. Do NOT use this company as they are poor in responding back and still no items have been delivered or showing on the couriers platform as been sent or trackable. A scam company.

Cheap jewellery nothing like photos on website. Took several weeks to arrive. Earrings are damaged and nothing like shown. Nightmare to deal with.....offer a credit but there is nothing I would buy from this company. Then they do not respond to any further emails. Cheap Chinese rubbish Please don't fall for it. Reckon good reviews are fake!

I waited a few weeks for my earrings to arrive. They are supposed to be the type that looks like you have a few earrings in but actually it is only one. When I finally received them I was very disappointed. They look cheap and nasty and are very dull not shiny like the advert. They do not hang correctly on my ears and I would never purchase from this site ever again. They did however keep me advised on the progress of shipping the item. In future I will only shop at QVC for their diamonique range of earrings as they are stunning and good value for money and I can return the earrings within 60 days and get my money back if needed. I have never returned earrings from QVC as they are lovely.

The jewelry from Riley Watson Jewellery is exquisite, and the service was outstanding. My order arrived promptly and in perfect conditions. Highly recommended!
