Riogrannde Travels is just the best. They are reliable and trustworthy. They give the best travel advice and are the best guide throughthe process. From assisting me to getting a closer visa appointment date to ensuring that I had all my documents. They responded fast to all my inquiries and provided fast solution to the problem I had as regards my visa application. I highly recommend them.

They really understood me. Even when I get worried, Riogrande reassures me, always present to respond and they came through in all sides. Very swift and professional. Top notch and I recommend over and over again.

The company lacks integrity and good customer service relationship.

I believe it is necessary to clarify and formally address some issues or matter Mr Richard.
We were two individuals who applied for a tourist/travel visa through your services.

But despite our repeated and sincere requests to get a us an Appointment date before our agreed date, you refused to refund the fees paid by both applicants.

Our persistence in calling, texting, and sending consistent emails was solely due to the pressure of meeting the agreed deadline for our intended travel date. However, this persistence was incorrectly interpreted as aggression and unprofessional behavior.
At no point did we act in such a manner; we were simply seeking timely updates and accountability.
Throughout this period, your response was largely absent, and your approach appeared indifferent and nonchalant. Given that full payment had been made and no tangible progress or service was provided, we formally requested a refund. This request was unequivocally denied, despite the circumstances.

Secondly, your assertion that I was the only individual involved is incorrect. There were two applicants who paid you Mr. Richard, for the same service. Despite our repeated requests, you declined to acknowledge our pleas to secure an appointment date or to refund the payments made. The second applicant will be submitting his own independent review in due course.

Amazing and this is my second time

I had a deeply upsetting experience with this travel agency. I initially trusted them to help with my Schengen visa application, but the moment I had a simple request — to update my travel dates and ask about a new application form — the tone shifted dramatically.

Instead of support, I was met with verbal abuse, unprofessional voice notes, and deeply inappropriate personal comments. The representative asked me if I was jobless and even if I had a mental illness — completely unacceptable and degrading language.

When I requested something as basic as an official receipt (for the visa application fee I paid), he got extremely defensive and rude, and soon after called me a “nuisance” just for trying to get clarity.

The communication throughout was chaotic, aggressive, and completely lacking professionalism or customer care. I have voice notes and messages that reflect all of this and the name calling, which I am prepared to share if necessary, I will report to HMRC to the worst service I’ve ever received and all because of asking for basic service which I never got.

No paying client should be treated this way — especially someone just trying to travel responsibly with proper documentation. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this service. What should have been a simple process turned into a humiliating and stressful ordeal.

This is not how you treat people.
