Scam so don’t part with money as you receive nothing and they don’t reply to emails

I ordered item on 2nd October21 still to this day have not received my item even tho I've paid for the item, I can't even track it or even contact them...

Took my money and never received item - Sent several emails and no response. It's been going on for 2 months now :(
UTTERLY DISGUTING BEHAVIOUR!

Never revived item and took my money, caused extreme anxiaty. They should be in trouble it's disgusting. No customer service either.

Doesnt have a proper UK plug so they give you an adapter … took 3-4!weeks to arrive (from china) despite stating they are “UK based with fast shipping”

As for the appliance itself, it feels like a lot of heat for a minimal wave (if it even curls it at all, sometimes came out looking no different) and probably more damage to my hair than its worth.

Think you could buy this for £10 on eBay and it would do the same thing if not better

Only reason I gave 2 stars is because I’m grateful it even turned up at all b/c I was starting to get worried it wasn’t coming

Absolutely shocking.. avoid at all cost!! Take forever to reply to emails. Wont give a refund! Been 4 weeks no confirmation no tracking no item

Avoid like the plauge, they lie. I'm £50 out of pocket, the item never arrived and they are now ignoring my emails. They lie about their trustpilot score too! Rubbish rubbish rubbish!

Wouldn't bother. They actually ship from China. Don't respond to emails and I can't get a refund. Also lie on there website about there trust pilot reviews.

Absolutely shocking service. Website stated 2-4 days delivery then gets a email to say 4-5 weeks!! Don’t reply to messages or emails wanting a refund stay clear
