The Rise Team had great customer service while dealing with my request. I had a product with a printing defect, but I did not realize it until months later. Rise was quick with their replies, understanding and approached this with a good attitude. As a result, they gave me a replacement free of charge, despite the 30 days exchange policy. Thank you Rise!

Great customer service, getting help was super easy!

Fantastic customer service. Got back to me in hours with an order modification for something I placed almost 2 days ago, and were very friendly and helpful.

The clothing is pretty great (and expensive). The issue is that if you don't live in Canada there is essentially no returns or exchanges because postage to send it back can cost up to the entire purchase price. I tried USPS like they suggested and it was going to be over $40 for $45 shirt. So no, there really aren't returns. And I don't know about everybody else but when I consider a company to be a great company, it means that they stand by their product enough to make it so that you can feasibly return the product if you're not satisfied. So for the price I expected more from the company and did not get it.

I had a great experience with customer support, they helped me out with an order change asap. Very friendly service and their products are top notch. Will definitely buy again! thank you again Rise!!!

The customer service is more than excellent. They are polite and courteous. The salespeople work with you and for you so that the customer can take advantage of the offers or pomotions available.
If you have a question? Ask it, you will get the answer in a short time. Experience it and you will see, they are efficient! I have no relationship with this company, I am just a satisfied customer!

I ordered multiple items and love them all, great quality and materials. After my partner wore the female hoodie twice it was noticed the sleeve cuff had a defect on the seams. So I sent a picture to the Rise team.
I am beyond impressed how fast the team responded and they offered to replace the hoodie immediately! Waiting now for the package to be delivered.

Amazing customer service and quick response time! I placed an order and forgot to choose a size and when I realized I was devastated. Especially this time of year with the huge demand and shipping I thought for sure my gift was going to be an after Christmas gift now. However the next day I got a response not only telling me it was changed and back in the queue for processing but also just a genuinely sweet message from the staff. Super impressed and definitely well deserving of these 5 stars!!!

Lately, I've noticed people taking a peek at me at the gym repeatedly, and I can't help but think it's because of the awesome Rise clothing, because of gains I'm sure it is not!

Just did an order on Rise and did a mistake. I contacted the customer service and received an answer 10 minutes later.

I have purchased clothing from Rise for years now. I find they’re clothing long lasting. But what keeps me what coming back is they’re customer service.
