I ordered alot of stuff from Rise over the years and every time I dealt with customer service it was always a charm. They have an awesome team! I changed an order, cancelled one and did a refund too. Every time it was smooth and super easy.

I have bought more than 20 pieces of clothing from this store and every single time the quality has been fantastic. The customer service has always been incredible, if you have an issue just reach out and they will solve it.

Amazing quality and fit. Rise stuff is honestly way better than gymshark and other fitness brands out there. Very happy with my purchase 10/10.

Amazing service.
Had to return some product which didn’t fit. The quality was amazing and wanted to exchange it for the proper size. They were very helpful and made the exchange smooth as possible. Customer service reached out to me personally and helped me through the process.

Fantastic products, great customer service. Happy with my lever belt, hat, socks, shirts, underwear, and compression pants. When I had an issue with the lever belt they responded quickly and resolved it.

I ordered their comfy hoodie and sweats. They are amazing! They are made with quality material that is thick and cozy. I literally live in the hoodie and sweats. I did have a minor issue with the hoodie after my warranty had expired, but once I emailed them about it, they were quick to help me out. They went over and above to make it right which I really appreciated. 5/5 would recommend them to anyone.

Rise has an excellent team behind its brand name. I’ve been a fan of this team since I followed Marc back in 2012. However I would like to take a second and notice the brands durable products because I’ve used and abused my Rise lever belt and Wrist wraps for a little over four years now. However recently someone within my gym stole my wrist wraps & Rise was extremely professional and acted in a timely manner about my situation. They were even kind enough to hook me up with a discount code towards my new purchase. So if you’re looking to be apart of a family that wants to grow & support one another then I strongly recommend being apart of Rise. They listen to their customers & truly know how to keep you coming back!!

We got a minor issue with a piece of clothing and even after the 30 days warranty period had expired (by a few days), we got a more than reasonable arrangement. Super happy with our apparels and customer service as well.

I just made my third big order and everything went smooth as always. My first two orders went to Czech Republic and delivery was within 1-2 weeks (so quite fast consider the Czech Custom is quite slow sometimes) and my third order went to Canada as i was there at business trip for 3 days. Rise supported me very nicely to delivery the goods exactly on the day i needed it (The shipping company take over the goods and for some reason shared the delivery date for a day after i was leaving the hotel, but after i contacted the Rise they arrange the package to be delivered day earlier and fit my timeline). The Edwin was a huge help and was anwering emails even during unusual hours (11 PM and so on), that honestly surprised me.

Product itself have high quality and and i will definitelly continue ordering any new releases Rise will offer.

On February 10th I purchased A pair of gym pants from Rise.ca.
I even got an email that it was shipped the same day.
Since it is not an express delivery, by the time the package arrived, the country was already at war (I’m from Ukraine) so the post office obviously did not work. I had to run away from the country. During that time, since no one received the pants, it was returned to the seller (I Mean I can only assume it arrived and returned to the seller cause I got an email of Feb 10th that it was shipped and another one on April 4th that it was shipped so I guess the package was returned to the Seller since I got this email twice or maybe they lied when they sent me that email that it was shipped on Feb 10th. Either way it's been 2 months and I still don't have my package)
They did not even bother to check with me as it to why it was returned. Today I received another email saying they shipped it again!! I was shocked!! Who In the world sends a package to Ukraine during a WAR?!?
I immediately texted them to change the address to the country I'm currently staying till I could go back home and they replied that "it is not possible".
When I asked for a refund they gave me the same answer.
Thank God I paid with PayPal so I already escalatedthe case with them.

Rise.ca keep saying it's not their fault and that they did everything correctly and try to blame it on the post office.
Bottom line is I Paid Raise.ca for a pair of pants? Yes
Do I have those pair of pants? No
At the end of the day Raise.ca responsible of me getting the package, not the Canadian Post Office!

Rise.ca has ZERO consideration to their clients.

Update: I got the refund from PayPal :)
Would not recommend anyone to buy from them due to the worst service ever!
Ngl, their clothes are good but there are plenty more online stores (like GymShark) that sends it with DHL express and it arrives within 3-4 days unlike Rise.ca which takes 1-2 months as if they were shipping it from the moon.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size weight lifting belt. I reached out to customer service to correct the error and got an immediate response from Edwin. Was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. He was nice and understanding. Excellent customer service with excellent equipment, don’t be believe me try it for yourself.

In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past- these guys excel. Personalized emails, quick response times and quick to resolve any issues. I ordered a size too small on several shirts and exchanging for the next size up was an easy process. Quality of shirts are great- will definitely order again.

I order a lever belts but in the wrong size unfortunately. So I returned it and waited for the color I wanted to be restocked. The customer service was just amazing and responded back very quickly. They responded to my message throughly and gave me an update on order. The person that was helping me also gave me priority shipping which is amazing. So 10/10 on customer service! Rise always have high quality lifting gear and I always recommend it!
